I don't really think they care about the ratings, especially in the pharmacy. At this point they're comfortable dealing rudely even with even nice customers.

There was a short dark skin girl that was so rude. She wouldn't let me see her badge. Actually told me she didn't care if i complained.But I will never go back to or recommend this CVS to anyone.
