I’ve been a loyal customer at this CVS for over 11 years, regularly getting my prescriptions filled here without issue—until now. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the pharmacists, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. I simply asked a question about my expiring prescription, and instead of offering a clear explanation, they spoke to me as if I didn’t understand anything—just repeating the same line over and over in a condescending tone.
It was frustrating, unnecessary, and completely disrespectful. I plan to return to speak with management in person, though based on other reviews, it doesn’t seem like much has changed. I truly hope they start holding staff to a higher standard—because long-term customers deserve better.

This location is clean, well lighted on the outside and very organized on the inside. It is well stocked and well staffed. The team member provided me with excellent customer service and assisted me with a problem I was having to receive my coupons from the kiosk. She also helped to scan them in. This was my first time in self check out with coupons. As a resultt of using the coupons from the cvs discount card program, I saved over $16.00 for a $22.00 total. I will return. I was extremely satisfied!

Every time one individual opens, the store opens late. This is the 4th time I’ve came and the store is not open on time. 10 cars in the parking lot. Please fix this. Clearly other reviews have showcased the same experience. Extremely frustrating and seems like nothing is being done about it.

If I could give zero I would. The pharmacist is ALWAYS LATE & has the NERVE to roll up in here with Dunkin…. How about wake up earlier and get the things you need for your day instead of ALWAYS being late.

I don’t have any issues with the CVS itself. The exterior, particularly the overflowing trash cans at 0950 at the front doors . It makes it look so unkempt. Perhaps you can have someone pull it before opening. IJS

I shopped in CVS, located at the corner of Croom Road facing Crain Highway. I generally stopped at that CVS because I can find what I need quickly and the store is always Customer Friendly, Clean, the Cashiers are alert and ready to assist with your needs to fulfill what you need to purchase. Thanks for such a beautiful atmosphere, which feels safe and secure. I will be back to do more shopping!!!

It was fine. I went in, asked some question about where the Ups Dropbox was, and the staff helped. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to a CVS.

They are not Veteran Friendly. They will deny you medications sent directly from a hospital. Just got out of surgery. Received a text stating my medication was ready. Got to the window to pick up the meds. Nothing was ready, no one knew what to do, no one knew how to bill the insurance. It has been nothing but a fiasco.
Now they are refusing to fill my medications. This is probably because the pharmacist looked and sounded strung out. Wouldn't be surprised if he was going to steal my pain medication.

Rude employees and prescriptions are not ready although CVS has been texting me for days. Hopefully they will be joining Bojangles shortly.

I’ve been using CVS at 7600 Crain hwy since I moved to the area in 2018. It is conveniently located and it is nice how prescriptions can be transferred if there isn’t something in stock… that being said, a lot of times things aren’t in stock. It’s terrible to the point that it takes hours for “waiting” RX’s to be ready, there is an evident high turn over rate. Some of the pharmacists are great, polite and attentive while others couldn’t care less. There are major mess ups with accuracy with issues like my sons meds that he got every month with no issue then took over a week to figure out why it suddenly was not available and I was given inaccurate info that insurance did not cover it. I went through hoops with his dr to send prior auth, was told it didn’t need prior auth and found out the real reason cvs said it wasn’t covered was it was out of stock and hard to come by. Eventually got it filled. There are evidently too many customers and not enough people working. I’ve only stayed because of the convenience of a drive through when my kids were smaller, but now I think I need to find a better more efficient pharmacy… this isn’t it. I’ve also paid out of pocket for RX that just weren’t run through insurance properly… I call ahead a lot of times now… called ahead on something I was told would be ready and it wasn’t ready when I got there… went home one time and my sons powder antibiotic had not been mixed… it was still powder.
