The counter person had a very bad odor, he had to go in the back to make my order, he sneezed, never heard him wash his hands, I walked out, I will never patronize that location again

Small shop with limited on-site catalog. After speaking to the manager, I was able to get what I wanted from off the website. But be forewarned, not all shops offer the same thing. You should visit or call at least 3 days before you need it to make sure they offer it. I would go again, knowing how it works now.

I needed an arrangement and my local Edible Arrangements did not/could not deliver to the area I needed it to go to (company policy - location out of their range). They told me to call the Upper Marlboro Store. What a great experience. Doreen answered the phone and assisted me with exactly what I needed. Although I didn't get my order in until around 2pm, Doreen was still able to get it delivered today.After receiving the arrangement, the recipient texted me the following:"Thank you so much. I have never seen such an amazing and delicious edible arrangement. Love you all"Thank you very much to Edible Arrangements Upper Marlboro!

DO NOT make the same mistake I made. I trusted this location to deliver a sweet surprise to my friend for her 40th Birthday. Given that I live out of town, I thought this was a great way to send love from our family to her. I couldn't have been more wrong.There was an issue with the delivery and I called to sort it out. The Owner/Operator Raj and the driver Alicia, were extremely rude. While attempting to reschedule, I informed Raj that the recipient was home and did not receive a door bell notification (to ensure this step was not overlooked in the next delivery). Raj then went on to ask me, "Do you think it would make sense for my driver to go there and not ring the doorbell?" From there we had a heated exchange (in hindsight, I should have simply requested a refund and contacted Corporate).At that point I decided that a refund (which he offered at the beginning of the call) would be best. Raj then informed me that he could not refund me until tomorrow.Things happen but it is all about how a business handles the situation. I was taken aback by the harsh/patronizing tone when I was pleasant. Again, don't trust them with your loved one's special day. I am taking this to the corporate level because I am certain that Edible Arrangement as a brand does not support Raj's management style. They deserve to know how their franchisee is running his store.Update: I was able to speak to corporate and have the order delivered from another store. They we very understanding and assured me that they would investigate Raj's behavior. I will continue to support the brand, just not this location.

We received the beautiful fruit arrangement on December 24. Nicely done, but senders should be warned that sending out of season fruit is not a good choice. The pineapple was delicious, the honeydew and cantaloupe wedges were hard and tasteless, the strawberries were soft and discolored. The flower arrangement was lovely and fresh.

The grapes were kind of hard and so were most of the strawberries. I spent $68.99 for the sweet platter. Chocolate dipped strawberries with grapes and a pineapple in the middle. All of the Strawberries were suppose to be dipped in chocolate 8 were not. Might seem petty to some folks but this was for my 30th wedding anniversary and I expected to get what was advertised, that’s why I PAID for it!! I will say I called and placed the order around 3:30pm. My pick up time was 5pm. He called me and was at the door waiting for me at 4:55pm

I live in Jersey and needed a gift for my Goddaughter’s first birthday. I placed my order an hour past the last delivery went out and this store went above and beyond to get my order delivered. If you’re still on the fence about placing an order…….. (Pushes egghead sitting on fence)

I love their bouquets made out of fruits! Beautiful designs that look amazing, taste great and last longer that’s a bouquet of flowers. I have sent these to family & friends and they love it .I love to eat their fresh fruit.This store is just great for fruit design and taste.❤️

I placed an order for my cousin's birthday that was delivered from this store. The driver calls me and ask for my cousin's phone number which THEY wrote down incorrectly anyway once he had the correct # this person leaves an EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT outside on the porch! perishable food on the porch and lies and says I told him to do this when my cousin arrives home its covered with ANTS!!! Never again will I use this store it's a good thing I snapshot my special directions which was to (deliver directly to recipient) which makes a liar out of him. Not a good way to do business. Online Edible arrangements needs to STOP using this store for online sevices and deliveries.

This review is about the nightmare I had working here. I was asked more than enough to save the manager from his illegal visa status to marry him illegally in order for him to continue living in America. He stressed me out for months about this harassed me. Guilted me and made everyone feel guilty for not being able to help him. He's asked many women that come in the store to work for him will they marry him and when they get fed up from the stress he gets scared they will tip off the Immigration unit and fires them. Like he did me. Or he makes you feel so guilty you quit. He takes out his anger on everyone and then tries to make them forgive him and continues this cycle of narcissism and mental illness. I was fired for not wanting to marry him of course he tries to make other reason that has nothing to do with me or my work and I am 99.9% sure that I would win a big law suit but I will not go through that I have other sources of income so I will not sue for lost wages due to to illegal termination firing me because he was frustrated that I wouldn't marry him. Was told I'm in a relationship that will make me a married woman one day soon and he still did not care he offered me money to do this and I told him no. I felt sorry for him unfortunately but it was all his plan to make me guilty. The edible arrangements are good though but he does not have enough drivers or quality people like me to deliver so he gets HUNDREDS of complaints all on his own and none of them about my attitude and two about the delivery service out of over 400 deliveries I did. Claims he fired me for two complaints about the arrangements not the delivery or my service but hey. His name is Reddaiah A he also just reviewed this store 3days ago just after my review so he obviously seen this and thought he would add a nice review comment with five star makes no sense but he also goes by Raj. Horrible person.

I ordered a fruit salad snack bundle and a dozen cookies for a corporate office visit. Everything was packaged nicely, and the salad was delicious. All the fruit was cold, fresh, and juicy. I really loved that each person had their own cup - seems the best way to go during the pandemic. I didn't try the cookies, but I was told they were delicious. Very happy with my purchase!

I had placed an baby basket order for same day pick up to pick it up at 9:30 which was the first available time, while I was on the way they left me a voicemail saying it would not be ready till 10:30. Once I arrived at 9:35-40, my husband went in the store the owner tried to lie and say we didn't "come on time" and cancelled our order even though I was tracking the order and it wasn't cancelled until my husband demanded a refund from the store! what a joke! A waste of time!
