Carmen is an amazing stylist. After years of my mother going to various stylists/salons with horrible results, we happened to find Carmen and she did a beautiful hair transformation for my mother. My mother and I were so impressed and grateful for the marvelous job she did. Fast forward a few years later, I changed salons after cutting my hair at a local shop and receiving poor service. I was in desperate need to find a great stylist. I remembered what a great job Carmen did with my mother's hair and decided to search for her. I was lucky to find Carmen's new location at Essentrix, but she didn't have any availability. However, Charlae was able to take me on as a client and she provided exceptional service. I was extremely happy with my hair style. I will definitely be going back to Essentrix for my next salon experience!

The reviews are highly deceiving! I scheduled an appt with Charlae 2 weeks in advance and right before my vacation. I spoke with her on 3 separate occasions about ordering bundles and it never got DONE! I even sent pictures to her personal cell to help expedite the process when ordering the right hair (no response or confirmation). Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain.. 6 messages later and 2 days before my appointment, I rec'd again no response meaning NO HAIR! I ended up paying double elsewhere, when it was cheaper with Essentrix. The kicker is 3 hours before my appt the receptionist cancels due to an "emergency." They never offered another stylist or any accommodations to rectify an already horrific experience. So, if you are looking for a customer service run establishment then this isn't the place for you!

Best stylists ever. I love Carmen and Charlae. Great atmosphere and your hair is slayed when you leave this place. More importantly Carmen takes care of my hair. I highly recommend both of them!

I'm new to the area and really needed to find a salon. I'm so glad to have found this salon! When I called I was warmly greeted and given a friendly stylist named Nikki! I've been there four times so far and once w/my daughter. My hair feels like silk! Love the atmosphere too! This is what happens when you pray for God to lead you to the right place! ���
