My husband and I just left Giant Grocery store. We went through the self checkout and as we were heading to the exit, an employee named Kai came chasing me down and handed me $20 bill that we had left at the self checkout register. Stores produce is often of poor quality. The cashiers do not want to bag your groceries, as much as I pay for the food! I will be passing this store on the way to the new Giant down the road, which has excellent customer service.
