Great small intimate gym. I was a member years ago but they have upgraded equipment and I'm looking forward to continue my fitness journey with them

I stopped by the Fitness 4 Less today to cancel my membership and the young at the desk said he would have to take my name/number and give it to management to give me a call. I pray these people don't give me the runaround.

The gym always appears to be closed. I wandered-in on a Saturday as I was driving by, after seeing patrons walking out. I asked the guy at the front desk about membership options and I started reviewing the marketing material on top of the desk. He noticed this and rudely snatched it away, saying, "These aren't our current rates." He was pushing towards an annual contract. I told him I didn't want that, that I was only looking for a monthly, no-contract membership. I also inquired about a free trial pass so that I could try the gym out, and he asked me to take his number so that I could contact him when I wanted to work out. FAIL. As if the run-around I received wasn't bad enough, the horrifically-dated equipment, dingy-ambiance and overall small size of this gym makes this an instant "NO." They should be letting people workout for FREE here.

Cancelling your membership is an ongoing problem with these people from many reviews I've read. I wish I had known they are the absolute worst. I have been sent back and forth by the manager and the company contracted to collect their payments and no one seems to be able to cancel my membership. Always conduct all communication with these people via email so you have your proof. I called the manager several times and he is never at work. Do yourself a favor and stay away , far far away from this place.

I love the people at Dblock (as we affectionately call the gym), but we call it that for a reason.. unfortunately something is always broken, missing, or just simply wrong. The front staff person is the most ignorant "customer service" representative I have ever seen in any gym environment. He is late for work daily and is nasty to the members once he finally arrives.

Big things come in small packages!! It's a small gym but it will make the biggest impact on your health. All the trainers are A+

Not have a fat shaming douche run the company who's only in it to take people's money

It's a decent gym for a decent gym price. If you're looking for a One Life Fitness or a Planet Fitness, this isn't the place for you. I've been here a handful of times throughout the past year. It has the grungy gym rat vibe to it. Lots of free weights and muscle-y dudes doing muscle-y dude things. The staff are always friendly but come and go from the front desk so unless you're a regular you won't know who the staff are, because they don't seem to have a uniform or name tags. The facilities are decently clean for a gym, they have a few stations with spray bottles and paper towels but it's hit or miss whether or not there will actually be cleaner in them. Their equipment is a mixture of really old machines and updated modern equipment. It seems they are slowly upgrading their older equipment. They have a free weights section, a training area, kick boxing area and plenty of machines. Just don't come with super high expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Where to start... there are a few positives about this gym. The guy who works the front desk with the dreads is awesome and there are a few young kids that work there on weekends and evenings. Another positive is they stopped bringing in a "dj". Now to the bad. The trainers take over the gym when they have their clients. The trainers eat their food in the workout area (very unprofessional and discourteous). The equipment isn't awful, but, the free weights are thrown all over the floor, out of order, missing the actual numbers to show how much weight the dumbbells are and the weights for the barbells look as if someone got hungry and started chewing on them. I could keep going, but, the main point I'd like to get across is you should avoid this gym. There are plenty of other gyms around at comparable prices.

I moved fall of 2017 and spoke with someone in person at the gym about canceling the membership. I thought that was taken care of and didn't receive a bank draft after that. Summer of 2018 I get a call from a collection agency wanting $143. for the gym membership. I had no voicemails, texts, or letters up until a call from a collection agency about an outstanding gym membership. If I had been contacted in the weeks or months after thinking it was canceled, it would have been taken care of at that time. To make situation worse, I called the gym. Manager tried lecturing me about taking responsibility for not canceling it and that billing company they use tried contacting me multiple times. Find a better gym and do not do business with them.

Actual gym isn't that bad but they are managed by another company...asf payment solutions is a terribly underhanded company who will lock you into auto renewed contracts and charge massive fees when you try to cancel. I was told by staff the only way to cancel my membership was to pay out the contract so that's what I did. I paid for 4 months of services remaining to find out last week I could've simply paid a $75 cancellation fee. I wasn't told about any auto renew and now t

Ther $15 guest fee is a bit much for the mimum, as competitive bodybuilder I travel, I've been to golds Gyms as a guest all over, with more to offer even lockerrooms and more equipment for $5, I know small business cant compete with corporate company's, I will drive the extra distance next time......
