They do Predatory Towing, Where I live there is not much parking and where there is parking , They towed my car from there. This is not the first time they did some illegal mess. I am a Law Enforcement Officer and I am watching them . The drivers are Thieves and I will catch them in the act. That company needs to be shut down. If I can give them no stars they would not even get 1

This place is the worst!! I will give the one star only because the tow driver seems to know how to handle himself in the face of pressure and adversity. Beyond that, they either do not answer the phone or they answer and then hang up. You have to wait endlessly to retrieve your vehicle, but they want their money! And please don't think you'll avoid an overnight fee simply because they don't make themselves available. Whoever hired them for ANY job needs their head examined. Admittedly, no one really likes tow companies, but when you have something that belongs to other people and don't answer your phones, or pick up and hang up rather than deal with the customers, you make a bad situation exponentially worse! Bad business, no cookie!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY CAR WAS PARKED IN A SHOPPING CENTER IN A HANDICAPPED SPOT, WITH MY TAG HANGING. APPARENTLY, THE TAG FELL & MY CAR WAS TOWED. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED, THERE WAS NO EMPATHY AT ALL. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A BUSINESS, BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY NEED TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION EACH PERSON'S SITUATION. I HAVE A PERMANENT TAG BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY, & I WAS STRANDED 50 MILES FROM HOME. THEY ALSO WENT THROUGH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS THAT WERE LEFT IN MY CAR. ITEMS THAT WERE IN MY BACK SEAT WERE IN THE FRONT WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP, AND AFTER DOING A THROUGH LOOK THROUGH MY VEHICLE, I REALIZED I ALSO HAVE MONEYMISSING FROM MY CAR! THIS COMPANY LITERALLY RIDES AROUND PREYING ON PEOPLE!!! THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

The tow company is not truly 24 hours. Called their number multple times to no avail. Finally after 8 AM, someone answered. A set price of $175 was set to pick up the vehicle from the yard. But, once there the price increased an additional $50. Their reason, it was after 12 pm. The car had not been there more than 24 hours yet, incurred additional fees. Interesting practices. Make sure you don't get towed by these guys.

Predatory business. They cruise around looking for out of state / high end vehicles. They towed my car in the middle of the night (had only arrived from out of state a few hours earlier) as i was visiting my son. Charged me $180 (if paid by cash. Was told it would be $250 if paid by credit card) This people are predatory crooks.

Customer service from Keisha was terrible. Called out my name, frustrated tone while explaining policy to me, overall the worst experience I've ever had with my car getting towed. Tow driver who we paid was understanding and nice but there's no reason a supervisor should be as rude and impatient as she was. Thumbs down.

Be aware of this tow company. They are desperate for business. They will tear four property up when towing. They also will scheme in apartment complexes.

Horrible service. Literally prey on high-end cars. Have had my car towed more than 3 times for absolutely no reason. Charged double every time I go and pick it up. They also have fake reviews on their page, I've tried to click 'View Review' but it leads me to a google search. For example here I tried to see the full review and the date but once I click 'View Review' it leads me to a google search of 'J'.

I got towed in front of my own house with my permit hanging from my air freshener. Smh. The permit must have dangled while I was driving which made the permit face the back. I'm not able to hang it right on my mirror because my vehicle has a part that obscures right under the mirror. I've been hanging it from my air freshener since they started this permit mess and never had an issue til today. I called this...establishment. And I explained the situation. I'm working with my 4 month old home with me. I have no way of getting my car and asked them to bring it back, which I was denied. (I tried it, but it never hurts to try lol). I asked if I could have the fee waived, since I have a permit. If I close the door, the wind could make the air freshener dangle the other way, you could clearly see the permit is there. Still got denied. I called my mom because I could feel myself getting out of character and she's much nicer (and doesn't cuss like me lol) she spoke with a "manager". They spoke for a total of about 10 minutes, and he hung up on her which is unprofessional as hell. While they were talking, he advised to call before we come to ensure someone was there on site. Also, She asked for the owner's name and contact number and he said no. We found him on google though. No worries boo thang. Before I left the house, I called the business and no one answered. Called again. No answer. They didn't answer because they screened the call. My husband called from his phone and they answered on the 2nd ring. Smh. Grow up. This is a business and you have my property. I had to pay $175 to get my car out which sucks. The dude that was there on site was the only decent part of this experience. He was cool and agreed that what happened was petty. But everything else here is terrible and I hope my HOA goes with another tow company. Honestly they don't deserve any business nor contracts
