Cannot recommend KC Automotive enough.
We came here from the Ford Dealership in Upper Marlboro, who claimed we needed a brand new engine. We had a suspicion they were being dishonest and just trying to get us to spend money, so we immediately brought our truck to KC Automotive.
He assured me I would not be let down and they would be honest and tell us exactly what was wrong with it- which is exactly what you want in a mechanic!
Two days later, we were told there was absolutely nothing wrong with our truck (just us letting it sit too long between drives).
They could have easily told us we needed a new engine to get money from us, but they didn't. Not only were they upfront about prices, timelines, expectations, but they did not charge us anything for checking out our truck.
We cannot thank the entire KC Automotive crew for all their help and time put into this. HIGHLY recommend KC Automotive.
There are not enough stars for how high I'd like to rate them.

Awesome service. The team is knowledgeable and professional, and pricing is always fair and reasonable. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, unlike my experiences at other automotive companies.The only possible downside is you can easily pass your turn as it's no sign on Route 301 that reads KC Automotive. There's been plenty of time where I had to make a turn. LOL

I've been visiting this establishment for a few years now. Never have I gone here and felt like anything less than family. Very knowledgeable mechanics, prices are fair but more importantly their work ethics and honesty speaks volume. I would honestly say, if you need a honesty mechanic, go see Terry and his crew.
