WARNING!! Always pay attention to the negative reviews— stands true for this place! I should’ve trusted my gut and turned around the moment I stepped into the front office — hole in the door covered in plastic, dirty and disorganized space, and a front desk that looked neglected. That should’ve been my first warning sign but gave them a chance based off some good reviews, loaner car offering, and location convenience.
At first, things seemed promising. I filled out the paperwork, got a shuttle ride home, and was told my car was in good hands. But after that, the communication was nonexistent. My car broke down again the same day I picked it up after 3 days in shop, and I had to tow it back. They kept it for another week and barely gave me any updates — I had to call repeatedly or show up in person just to get answers.
They advertise loaner cars, but when I asked, they said they didn’t have any available. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times, but no one followed up. Very bad customer service. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing!!
I regret spending my money here, and if my car breaks down again, the only reason I’d return is to try and recover the cost. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!

If I could give this place a -1000000, I SURELY would. Customer service HORRIBLE! Keeping to their word HORRIBLE. Work BEYOND HORRIBLE. If you want your car to sit for weeks on end with nothing done to it GO HERE! If you want to be lied to and have cost added to your bill that Car Shield CLEARLY states that they will pay, GO HERE! This place had my car for a month and a half. Got paid between me and CAR SHIELD OVER $7,000 to fix my car and it's STILL not 100%. How do you tell me it's FINALLY ready after the run around for weeks only for my family and I to get there to pick up the car after me spending $600 to come to MD (relocated out of state) and the check engine light is STILL on, you say let me test drive it I don't know why it's on, give us 10 mins. That turns into sitting in your no toilet paper, no paper towels having shop for 4 hours waiting for you to Jimmy rig my car tell me it's fixed and you didn't charge, umm I am sure you didn't, you already got OVER $7,000 ONLY for my car to be smoking on the way home AND the check engine light to come back on. NOW, I have to take my car to a REAL mechanic to see what's wrong. Oh did I mention they tried to charge me twice (CAR SHIELD paid and then they tried to charge me too) for transmission programming. I had to fight with them to get that taken off my bill. Johnny getting smart with me telling me you call CAR SHIELD because they said they only pay $180 LIES, then telling me I would pay much more going to Nissan dealership only to call Nissan and get a LOWER price. Johnny gets smart again and says, fine take it to Nissan for uour programming then, but you cant drive it, it will have to be towed. Naw, yall had it over a month YOU fix it. Khalif friendly but the shop as a whole HORRIBLE!! Then there is the over charging for anti freeze and the list goes on. I am beyond frustrated because my car should have been well taken care of and it wasn't. When I was told it was ready last Friday and my family and I get there this Tuesday and had to sit for 4 hours....UNACCEPTABLE!! My car STILL has issues and did I say the fixed issue that caused the check engine light to come on isnt fixed and the light is back on!
ALL I can say is over $7,000....sigh
PLEASE take your vehicle somewhere else for quality service! This place is a beyond HORRIBLE!

I appreciate Marlboro Auto Repair for taking care of my car. I came for a second opinion, I thought I was about to lose my engine and was not disappointed by the services. The Diagnostic, Parts and Labor was all done the same day and I was out of there in less than 3 hours. It’s been almost a month and I have not had to return for other problems like most mechanical shops. Thank you to John. He was very informative and did the Labor. Nice job, Thanks guys !

The worst first they called me when I dropped it off in July that my truck need a fly wheel going coast me 1400, I called up there multiple times never got no one to answer so I sent someone because I was working. They told me a month later that they found a new problem (originally problem) and they now waiting on the fuse box I go there a couple of times like after they close and my windows was down key in the truck it was raining then the week after that they put it in the street got 2 tickets and they tried to say they was going only pay for one.then after that I show up again and no one really know whats going on then I’m telling them I’m take it and they like well the fuse box was broke so they sent it back and they going just put a by pass switch in it agreeed to it. Now it’s November they saying the switch that had was no good so they sent it back and got to order another one
