It’s taken two seasons, still haven’t gotten my blower. Always same , can’t get authorization when I was able to contact manufacturer. Not great at repair.

I love coming to this place and getting parts and getting stuff worked when I don’t have the time the team are good I know they had my leaf blower for a while and called it quites but hey walked out of there with a new leaf blower and better and for the same price to repair my old one. This season maybe coming to a closed but for sure they will see me buying more stuff next year

Went to take my pressure washer in for service and the guy walked outside with me to take a look. He checked a couple things and advised me on what I could do myself before dropping it off for service. Not only that, but he was extremely helpful on some other questions that I had. Bottom line, he was focused more on helping me out as opposed to trying to squeeze $$$ out of me.
