If I could give zero stars, I would. The situation with Marlboro Tire and Automotive was beyond frustrating and completely avoidable. First off, the location itself is confusing — they own multiple shops (Marlboro Tire and Repair, Marlboro Auto Repair Tire and Collision, and Admiral Tire and Auto) all under the same address. You’d think a business that knows this could at least help customers navigate it instead of acting like we’re the problem.
I went in simply needing a sensor installed correctly, and instead of receiving proper service, I was met with unnecessary attitude and confusion. The call center representative, Christina, was condescending and dismissive from the jump. She implied that I didn’t know where I was going or what I was talking about, which is laughable considering I work in the automotive field myself.
The issue was never about “dual sensors not working” — it was about how poorly the information was communicated. I clearly explained that I had a universal sensor, not a unit-specific one, but the delivery and tone I received from Christina were unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright rude.
Bottom line: I expect clarity, not condescension. If you value respect, accuracy, and basic professionalism, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly. I had an appointment to repair/replace a tire. The tire had two punctures and they were able to repair it. I couldn't believe how fast the work was completed and I was on my way home.

Went for an overall check up. I love them they are always thorough... prices are reasonable.

I have been going there for some months now to do the maintenance in my car. Both ladies at the front desk are amazing, so patient and kind! They always explain what’s going on, they are always patient with me and my sister if we have more questions. I recommend this place! 10/10 ⭐️

I have been bringing my vehicles to Marlboro Tire since I learned to drive, and my family has been brining theirs even before that. I am always pleased with the quick and thorough service I receive, whether I set up an appointment or just come in.

I called 1 day prior for a 4 wheel tire replacement. They were able to order my tires and install them for me the next day. With their tire install package, I was pleased to find out they check the cars alignment and also comes with free tire rotation and repairs on flat tires. The girls working the counter were very nice to everyone who walked in. I will be returning for future needs

Outstanding people who work at the counter always smiling.
Mechanics are also outstanding do very good work and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend more growth tire for car repair
