“07/23/2025- This post office usually has a long single line for service. There are at least 1-3 postal clerks at the register. This time things went fast. I kinda wish there was a way to educate consumer’s(customers) of postal changes prior to being in the line. I had four letters in a letter size envelope with key chain pouches inside each one. Now from Nov.2024 up to July 23rd; we have been placing regular stamps on the letter size envelope and just tossing them into the drive up mail box, but this time I had to come in, to purchase four stamps. Well, surprise, the clerk told me that my four items are now considered parcels and needed to be weighed!!! To mail the letter out now cost $6.80 each!!!???”
