“The Backstage outlet far exceeds other Macy's Backstage locations that I have experienced. I was surprised to see the size and selection available. The prices are very affordable and the staff was very friendly. As expected, there were some boxes on the retail floor that were waiting to be unloaded and things in the wrong places which made the experience more like a Scavenger Hunt. However, it is very worth the trip!”

“This was such a unique find! My friend had gone to 6 or more stores looking for shoes to wear with her birthday dress. I hopped on Google and this store came up. They have a great selection of shoes and clothing. I even bought the dress displayed in the picture because I liked it that much. The quality of their clothing is much better and will last longer than the fast fashion that’s out today. Do yourself a favor and stop by this store to get your next outfit and shoes.”

“So I purchased a pair of worx by redwing boots from Mr hessing and the souls fell apart within 24 hours of purchase. I want to say I will be more then happy to purchase another pair of boots from this gentlemen because he gave me a full refund and was extremely apologetic. The problem I had wasn't his fault in anyway I just wanted to say he was a stand up guy and a great person to buy boots from I just had a unlucky chance and got a defective pair but it doesn't matter because he was a stand up guy and refunded me my money.”

“It's a nice store for Big and Tall men. So if you're a bit on the burly side, this store is for you. The assistant manager was ultra helpful. My husband wasn't hefty enough to fit anything in this store, however, he was kind enough to refer us to another store in the mall where we did find something for him to wear. I'll be referring all of my big guys to this store to find something nice to wear. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Off Broadway is one of my favorite shoe shopping stores - the deals (especially during the holiday season) are fantastic! Wait for the buy one get one 50% deals to really make your trip worth it!I'm not one to buy the flashiest, most expensive, or newly released shoes so their selection of offerings is perfect for me. Their casual shoes and boots especially are really great finds - good quality and style for a very reasonable prices.The store is easy to peruse, the staff is friendly, and the aisles are generally pretty clean. I'll certainly be back next holiday season.”

“Husband and I are hitting the road once more, and this time, we made a quick stop to grab some cozy essentials for the chilly temperatures ahead. Managed to find a lovely sweater that caught my eye, along with a pair of earrings that added a touch of sparkle. Cherise, the delightful attendant, went above and beyond to assist us. She even stepped out from behind the register to help me find the perfect boots to try on. The whole experience was well worth battling the traffic to reach the store! Absolutely worth it, yeah!”

“My name is Ms. Allen. First I would like to start off saying I Love Nordstrom Rack in the Lanham Store. I watch them build the store and remember when it first open up. I’ve seen this store customer service turn around for the good. I am a regular shopper and the employee are friendly and pleasant! I wanted to give a shout out to James Mann the store manager. He really turn this store around with his professional customer service I would say “ Old School “ customer service. I was disappointed when he left the store for away but also very happy for him. The store was clean, and not difficult to move around. Recently, James Mann return back to Nordstrom and so happy he did because the store was going down. He has a high standards of customer always willing to help out and just carry a nice conversation. Also, I wanted to acknowledge Ron Akihs which is a manager as well. A few weeks ago I had a return and as I was waiting in line i immediately notice a new face his amazing customer service skills, very pleasant and knowledgeable and was willing to resolve a customer issue. Words can not express how much I appreciate that! Keep up the great work in our community! Love the Rack”

“I generally have low to no expectations for businesses in certain parts of town. When I encounter a business across town that has regular to exceptional customer service it’s always so delightful. It’s like a pleasant unexpected surprise. I had to do an exchange today and it was uneventful. So uneventful and pleasant I figured I’d say thanks. I shopped, I was able to try on multiple shoes, and I did an exchange. Almost everyone working this evening was super supportive of one another. The associates I encountered spoke with news anchor voices, speech void of the native DMV accent / lingo. The store was super clean but I think they may have recently encountered theft of merchandise. No one said anything of the sort, but they were noticing things like empty hangers and missing shoes from the displays. They could have just been cleaning though. Hats off to having regular, mannerly, knowledgeable, pleasant customer service. Much appreciated in these times!”

“Now any retail store can be let's just say interesting-you go to Macys in VA and the stores are just different -more selection and the list goes on and on -Macys in a "urban" area well you know they do us different-yup I said it ---But here's why the stars ---It's all for the STAFF...yes .....the pick up desk for packages team, the perfume and cosmetics team, the shoe team and my absolute fav ...the Last Stop Shop team . Many regulars go to this store for package pickup so we're not taken by the porch pirates and I often run into some of the same faces it's funny how we recognize each other ..,we need to form a shoppers club and probably need an intervention lol --but back to the point -I noticed the pick up desk staff recognizing some of the frequent customers greeting them by name -chatting being funny and caring in particular to our elders ---Community, caring, customer service all in one ---so 5 stars for the Macys staff that know me by face and name when I pick up my sale price shoes and my $11 Karen Fleece tops -I appreciate you :) Macys should hopefully one day read this and give y'all a bonus .....holla at me when the holiday moose popcorn goes on clearance also ...smile”
