Vacuums do not work

I like gas stations that have an affordable carwash and other amenities like snacks, lottery, etc but this chain is special in that they also offer free vacuuming with every carwash which I just confirmed with their customer service department at corporate; unfortunately, the Marlboro Pike location does not offer free vacuuming like the other locations! I just called and confirmed with the Manager at the Marlboro Pike location they do NOT offer free vacuuming even tough corporate just told me they do and it cost $1.50 to use their vacuum machines! I then called their Clinton, MD location and confirmed they offer free vacuuming but its not open right now due to COVID19; only their carwash is open....still, its good to know they offer free vacuuming when they get the go ahead from the governor. I immediately notified the customer service department at Corporate of this mis-communication and hopefully they will contact the Marlboro Pike location and correct them so they don't keep charging customers for vacuuming that's supposed to be FREE!!

Horrible customer service. The employees are rude, and are confrontational. They act like they can't understand you, but when you say you want a refund they have a lot to say. I will never use this establishment for my gas or car wash needs ever again. The managers need to really pay attention to who they hire. I came in for a refund for a car wash that did not do the job. There's a sign that says if you're unsatisfied to let them know. I did just that and had to go through obstacles just for $12 and a refund receipt. Smh never again.

I Like that they have a car wash! The gas a little bit more expensive than the Wawa at the street.
