This location was empty and very slow. We ordered online and it took awhile for the food to be prepared. However the food was tasty and the place was clean. The bathroom was clean. For the price can't be beat just wish they were a little more efficient. Easy to customize to different dietary restrictions. Pro tip: get the app. There are combo options which are not available to order in person which can save you $$$. Also free Wi-Fi is available in store.

The food is always hot and good. I love the frozen drinks, and the cinna twists were hot and fresh.. my goodness. This was the best experience I've had.The customer service is always good and friendly staff.

When I arrived, I was expecting to get the stereotypical Taco Bell service. Upon initial drive-thru interaction, I was blown away by the quality of service received. The attendant was quick, accurate, and extremely polite. While driving to the window, I had to make sure I was at Taco Bell and not Chick-Fil-A. At the window, the immaculate service continued. I'd have to say this was the most awesome drive-thru experience I've encountered in quite some time. The service was so good, I contributed to the scholarship fund she asked me about. Brilliant.

This Taco Bell never ceases to amaze me. The customer service is Awesome every time I go to this Taco Bell, from the management down to the cashier. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant and goes to Great Lengths to let you know that they appreciate your business. Today was a prime example of how wonderful they are. I left the drive-thru and did not have all my food leaving and noticed someone waving me down in the parking lot. It was their cook or cashier trying to stop me to let me know that I did not get all my order, so; therefore I turned around and came back in. They apologized profusely, and I accepted their apology, and I thanked them that they stopped me and gave me the rest of my order.

first time I went food was awful but friendly staff. 2nd time I went there taco bell as usual and same friendly staffParking: it's a stand alone building.... speaks for itselfWheelchair accessibility: there are wheel chair ramps and parking. duh that's code!! it's called ADA requirements

Favorite Taco Bell in the area. Cashiers and staff are always so friendly and funny. Food is well made and not rushed. I appreciate the manager and staff because it used to be a typical place where you feel like a burden instead of a customer, it has definitely changed over the years and feels very welcoming.

This Taco Bell (Osborne Rd./Upper Marlboro MD) is going to make me visit more often. The Manager there tonight & his staff were AWESOME with their customer service!He was multi-tasking by Managing AND helping his girls fix up the orders!KUDOS to them!!
