We made the reservation online for 2 days, denied the insurance. it provided us a 48hr guarantee quote. We then picked it up and received a text message to return it the next day and we were charged the insurance. We called and were routes 5 different people. One was saying the additional day would be $40. No one would honor the online quote. They did refund the insurance. When I returned the truck they said I went over the allocated mileage. No milage information was provided online. I went from the pickup spot, to the location one, drove to location 2, dropped off truck. They calculated an extra 9 miles. Hope to never use them again.

Second time using this location, I made my reservation using the app, the process to reserve a box tuck was simply. The staff was friendly during pickup and return, location was clean and organized. I definitely recommend and would use them again.

I used U-Boxes for the first time and highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and very convenient. Special thank you to Jazz who helped me with the scheduling and Carlos who dropped off the boxes! They were so helpful and friendly, making my moving situation much less stressful! Highly recommend renting UBoxes from this location!

Fast and efficient. Had all of the uhaul products on hand, but was tucked back in an industrial park and a bit complicated to get in and out.

Michael the general manager made sure all my question were answered prior to coming and as well as made everything easy while at U-Haul to utilize the U-Box for shipping my things.

We were able to get a 26' truck on the same day we inquired due to another location that we reserved with having an issue. Service was fast and we were out of there in no time to get our move started.

Cleanest storage facility I have ever stored in! No vermin. That's huge when storing your precious belongings.

This was once one of the most pleasant uhaul locations in the area. The new management/manager (Michael) have made my experience at this location the worse ever. There are a ton of uhaul locations in this area, avoid the headache of this one if you can.
