This was possibly the smoothest and easiest transaction of getting my car! They were very straightforward and told us every detail of the car.We brought up an issue that was easily fixed! The atmosphere and the attitude given here is a 10!10/10 I recommend buying your car here!!!

[Update]: So from the final purchase on Aug 24 and as of this update Oct 20, it is confirmed I need a new engine, ffs. 16 grand down the drain for a truck I was only able to drive less than 1,000 miles, it's been to 5 repair shops for diagnostic test and 3 of those shop are recommending a new engine, fml.The BBB won't do anything about this scam dealershit (not a typo) and lawsuits are useless because of statute of limitation rules. So yeah, this is the BIGGEST waste of my life... don't let it be of yours!![Original review]Ladies and Gentlemen, believe the hype of all these bad reviews. I was skeptical on the way to get my ride by reading these horror stories, but now I can HIGHLY contest they are all true.My real name is Kevin and I test drove a 2010 Ford F-150 King Ranch Aug 15, 2023 and put a deposit down to secure the truck. Everything was smooth! Looked over the truck and saw a few new parts like the drive shaft, shocks and the beauty cover (the top cover of the motor to mask the engine). Was told by the dealer that some other parts need to be fixed and I will get a call to pick it up in a few days.Aug 24, 2023 finally made the full purchase with a 2 year extended warranty, process took one hour on the paperwork. Got the keys, got the ride and I was happy.I didn't even get 30 miles away from the dealer. Got it to highway speed and the brakes was acting like it had warped rotors (car hesitating to stop). Pulled to the side of the road and tried to call the dealer back twice... nobody picked up. But I figured I got the warranty, I'll get it looked at tomorrow around my way. Took it to the Pohanka Ford here in Salisbury Aug 25, 2023 and turns out the brake calibers were bad and the rotors WERE warped and other mechanical issues with the engine showed... didn't feel any of this during test driving. That was only the beginning of the mechanical nightmares. But to wrap all this up, for all of September, I took the car to be seen by 2 Ford dealerships, Pep-Boys twice and a local mechanic shop for diagnostic test's. I'm being told I need a NEW ENGINE from the 2 dealerships and the local mechanic shop. With Pep-Boys, their saying I need a new ECM/PCM because fault codes keep popping up at random, ffs...If you purchased a car/truck from this place, you live in Maryland and something major has happened AFTER you've left the lot, GET FAMILIAR WITH THE MARYLAND LEMON LAWS! ! !

Worst Dealership on the Planet!! They are totally taking advantage of consumers in the MD/DC/DE/VA area and I'm determined to sue them and shut them down. At the end of this review I will leave my information for anyone who wants to join the 7 On Your Side presentation or Class Action Lawsuit we are pursuing. Tony an Owner, Avni a sales person, Ronya, the office assistant and finance person and the mechanic are all complicit in the illegal, misleading practices of Unlimited Auto Sales and I'm determined to shut this business down. My wife and I bought a 2009 VW Tiguan for my daughter who was awarded a full tuition scholarship and I understood it was used but bought it from them because they also had a mechanic shop insight and said not only did they check out and fix cars, Tony promised he would allow me to take car to dealership and fix anything wrong for much less than dealer and allow me to buy parts and work with me on labor cost. Well, we have owned the car for almost 6 months and driven less than 1,000 miles but it has been taken to Pohanka VW in Capitol Heights twice and I've gotten oil changes and estimates for $1,800 and $10,000 (when that is more than we paid for the car) we have called Unlimited and spoken to them about the issues and they asked us to have the car towed to them only to reject the car when the tow truck driver and Tony actually SPIT at the tow driver. Luckily, he called me and I told him where to drop it. The car was worked on by Unlimited and they charged me $480 to correct all issues the first time and less than 100 miles later the car started smoking on my daughter and had to be towed again. This was the time the dealership gave us a list of issues and a 10k quote. We had it towed again to Unlimited and they did not even called when it arrived and it took 3 days to get someone to talk to us and Ronya finally got Avni and they said the mechanic would check it out but he was going out the country for a month. When he came back they never called I had to call them and they said it was nothing wrong with the car. I told Tony he agreed to take the list of items from the dealership and have the mechanic check things out. He said he would call me back. I missed his call two weeks ago and have not been able to get him on the phone. Ronya picks up the phone when she sees my number and doesn't even announce and when she hears my voice she hangs up. My daughter had yo return to college in Delaware without a car. There is more I can share and I will upload photos of proof and receipts this weekend. I'm going to leave my information and want anyone who has bought to contact me and anyone who is thinking about buying so we can put together a HUGE court case and shut them down to protect others from spending their hard earned money with these people. Michael Email: michael@capitolcareercon… Number for text: 202-257-5150. Even if you bought years ago we need you to join the lawsuit. Thanks in advance and we will come back and list all the review sites and ask everyone to list reviews on each site as we believe Ronya is posting erroneous positive reviews on each site and we simply want THE TRUTH SHARED FAR AND WIDE. Thanks again. It will take time but I have time!

These people are crooks and scammers. I helped a friend purchase a vehicle here. Test drive seemed OK. After purchase we were not off the lot when the check engine light came on. They said sale was as is and it was not their problem. It wound up costing $4000 to get the car drivable. On top of that they didn't pay the state for the tag transfer resulting in a full day of straightening out at MVA. This place is poison

Was 90 percent considering purchasing a vehicle from this place but wow, the amount of negative reviews will definitely change your mind QUICK, and steer you in the opposite direction. Purchasing a vehicle is already a stressful process on its own.

If you enjoy being scammed, you should come here! Essentially bought a used Honda Civic that was totaled in an accident but you couldn’t notice it based on the exterior. They scrapped the codes so you couldn’t tell that there were transmission issues.Bought the car at a decent price and ended up having to pump ~$6,000 in ADDITION to that buying price. They essentially prey on people who aren’t car smart.

I sent an email about a car I was interested in to see if it was available. No one responded to the email. I called the dealership this morning to see if it was available and was put on hold for 12 minutes. I called back and was accidentally hung up on. I called back again and finally was told the car was available. I go check out the car and it was one of the vehicles in front paralleling the street. It had two cars behind it. I went inside and spoke with some foreign guy and told him which car I was interested in. He gave me the keys to start it. The engine sounded okay; however, I wanted to test drive it. The guy got into a tizzy because of the two cars was behind it. My response was, "This is a car dealership. People don't make a decision by just looking at a vehicle. They test drive it first." Then he asked me how was I going to pay for it. My response was, "Can I just test drive it first to make sure I'm interested in it?" Then he says, "Well it's gonna take me 40 minutes to move the cars behind it." I was like..."What does that have to do with anything? This is a dealership. People want to test drive a car before they buy." Then he says, we don't finance cars here. I said, "So what? I didn't ask about financing. I can get financing if I need it. My credit score is about 700." Then he says, we don't finance cars here. Is it wrong to ask that question. YES, IT IS! I DID NOT ASK HIM ABOUT FINANCING. If I wanted the vehicle, I could have paid cash, put it on a credit card, or had it financed through one of three bank I am a member. I was upset and left. I told him "there is a reason why you have all these cars on the lot was because you are a "dumb a___?" All of this because he didn't want to move TWO CARS so I could get to the one I was interested in. FOOLISHNESS! That's why I hate our government makes it possible for all these foreigners to own used car lots. You got always deal with their nasty and unprofessional attitudes. Always thinking Black people don't have the resources to take care of business. Then think they can treat us any way. Although I really wanted that car, I REFUSE to give my business to a bunch of losers.

Purchased a truck from them last year and regret it. The truck was giving issues hours after purchasing it. I brought it back and they charged me for fixing and when I picked it up it's as if they didn't do anything, seemed like they just did a reset. At the end it wasn't worth going back to them with the truck since nothing was being done to get the problems fixed. I ended up fixing it somewhere else and having to pay an extra $5,000. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I have several issues with this dealership and I regret buying from them. I bought a Toyota Tundra and found that it had a major oil leak and had an issue with the catalytic converter. After I drive the truck off the lot the check engine light came on and they said they couldn’t refund me my money because they already sent it to the bank. I received the plates and registration which were good for one month only. The check engine light is on so I will have to put more money in this truck because I can’t pass Virginia emissions inspections with a check engine light on in order to renew my tags. I called them up to ask for the emissions paperwork since it just barely passed and they couldn’t provide it to me. Very shady business and I’m debating taking them to court.

So far this has legitimately been the best auto buying and trading experience I have had in the DMV. They were honest with me and diligent when it mattered to my family. I look forward to working with Unlimited Auto Sales in the future.
