Commend the mechanic here for fixing my car. Had taken car to several other mechanics over the last 3 months for the same Charging System error with no remedy. The Sales and Service staff here are also very welcoming and helpful!

Our sales rep, Alexander was very knowledgeable about the Ford Mustang Mach E. He shared tons of information with us. More importantly, He exhibited so much patience with us. He really worked hard for our business. I would definitely purchase with him again.

I have never been treated so badly! I bought a 2023 F-150 2.7c a couple of months ago and the truck came out with many defects (4 times in the shop and still not repaired). My wife and I went to look for a solution to the problem last Saturday afternoon and the manager told me that I had to contact Ford directly because he cannot do anything for us (So why is there a manager if he can't do anything for me and asks you to go directly to Ford?) He offered me an expensive product and when I asked him to help us to pay something close that we are paying now he left us talking, got up and left! the worst manager in the world!We just need a reliable truck and the one we have is not as it has many defects. We asked the manager to change the truck because it is not possible to have so many defects in a new truck and we felt very insecure, He got up and left. He was very rude and cowardly in not wanting to serve his clients.It is the worst treatment we have received in our lives. The manager stood up and left us talking. The worst customer service. The manager was not willing to support the client in times of need. Please, we need help!Could it be racism???That happened at Marlborough Ford Calgary AB.

We purchased a F250 here today from Bowie Lankford. We have been searching for the right truck for several weeks and Bowie stayed in touch, sharing vehicles as they came in to the lot with us. When he found the one that fit our needs, he got us in right away for a test drive. The sales process was smooth and streamlined. Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable. I had a scheduled appointment at 2pm on 10/2/23, for oil change and tire rotation and my wait wasn’t long. This was my second time for service. Jasmine was very helpful in explaining the process and options I could choose. She notified me via text if I needed anything to text. In addition the cashier and staff at the service desk were friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Ford in Upper Marloboro. Gladys C

I am very happy with the service I received at Upper Marlboro Ford. Everyone was friendly and my car was serviced in record time. I have to drive a little further to Upper Marlboro but it is worth the drive. I look forward to becoming a loyal customer.

My contact at the dealership, Jessica, kept me updated through the entire process. Natalie, the service manager, personally spoke to me about my Bronco. I was impressed with the individual attenrion I received. I did not feel like "just another customer." I will definitely recommend Upper Marlboro Ford.

I took my Ford Maverick in for a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment, arrived early, and sat for roughly 2 hours after my appointment time for the simple oil change. When it came time to pay, they said they can’t use my FordPass points to pay for the service since “the person that knows how to do it isn’t here”. This is despite me directly asking to use FordPass points when I scheduled the appointment. This is the kind of bait and switch you expect from a taxi driver saying the meter is “broken”, not the kind of service expected from a car dealership.Additionally, they did not add the service to my vehicles records in FordPass until after we complained days later. Why even go to this Ford Dealership when they fail to offer any of the advantages associated with a Ford dealer?

Took us 7 hours to buy a used car for my niece. 2 months later, the car needs major mechanical work. I don't think they inspected the car before they sold it to us. (Note: I'm not sure if dealerships are responsible for any Quality Control on used vehicles they sell, but clearly Upper Marlboro Ford did not)

Had an appointment at 9am. I decided to wait for my vehicle. 11 am the service advisor came out and stated that the just put my truck on the lift. 20 minutes later the advisor comes out and says that they cannot complete my service because they can't get my tires off to due to me having aftermarket wheels. I completely understand that but this is not my first oil change and tire rotation @UpperMarlboro Ford. Was the tech not honest the last time because I paid for the full service.

Alex was a great help in buying a used car! He even sat with us and explained all the electronics and apps that we didn't know about. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Shelly with finance was also wonderful and made the process much less stressful than I thought it would be.

Sales team was helpful and informative. We were just looking at cars with no plan on buying and ended up loving one of the used cars on the lot. After settling on price, we began running into issues with them being unresponsive. We paid in cash but 3 weeks later we haven't received our tags or title. Happy with the car, not so much service.

Terrible place to get maintenance. Paid $250 for the diesel package and all they did was change the oil. No fluids topped off and did not even rotate the tires. I mark my tires always to make sure. Had a few phone tag calls from the manager after a bad review , but nothing ever settled. I heard Annapolis Ford is the place to go. I will check it out next time and see if it is any better. Oh and the one star is because I could not chose zero star

This dealer told me that they would not charge over MSRP to order a Ford Maverick. Then after I tried to place the order they told me they would charge me $5,000 more. This dealer is greedy. I would avoid them. You shouldn't have to wait months and months to receive a vehicle that has increased in cost 25% only to have the dealer charge another 20%.
