terrible customer service i went to process my daughter passport and they said no walk-ins and the website said they do walk-ins, waste my time and the front desk lady very nasty, im not going never again

07/23/2025- This post office usually has a long single line for service. There are at least 1-3 postal clerks at the register. This time things went fast. I kinda wish there was a way to educate consumer’s(customers) of postal changes prior to being in the line. I had four letters in a letter size envelope with key chain pouches inside each one. Now from Nov.2024 up to July 23rd; we have been placing regular stamps on the letter size envelope and just tossing them into the drive up mail box, but this time I had to come in, to purchase four stamps. Well, surprise, the clerk told me that my four items are now considered parcels and needed to be weighed!!! To mail the letter out now cost $6.80 each!!!😱😱😱

I’m in line at the Post Office with 9 other people. They’re supposed to open at 9:00 am. It’s 9:08 am and they haven’t opened yet. This is one place where I expect punctuality.

UNBELIEVEABLE. Had a passport appointment for a month and they called 35 minutes before the appointment and cancelled due to no passport agent. I called and they said nothing to do, make another appointment, when I looked it was another month out...ridiculous. This isn't the only occurrence here. Looks like the US Postal Service is next on the list to be shut down by DOGE. Good riddance to another bloated worthless government department. Disgusting. -100 stars

It said online that this location accepts passport walk-ins on Friday from 10am-11am. Showed up right at 10am and the employee at the counter said that the passport agent wasn’t there. I stated that the website says that this location accepts walk-in and she just shrugged her shoulders and said the person wasn’t there. When I asked when they would be in, she had no idea. Sounds like this person comes in whenever they feel like it. I hate this location.

Made an appt for my step father to get his passport done. Arrived for appt, they don’t have an agent available for passports & don’t know when they will. Why are you scheduling appts for services you can’t fulfill??? Take it off the website!! What an inconvenience

The clerk was very rude today, one line, line out the door. Got up to the counter to get yelled at about not using the kiosk machine in the back - I didn't know I was supposed to. She wasn't helpful, very rude, and unprofessional. They'll never see me again!

In this email they are racists just for not speaking Spanish, I was going to apply for my daughter's passport, the lady in charge of passports did not want to help me because I did not speak Spanish, she told me that she did not want to talk to me and turned her back on me twice, no one wanted to give me her name to file a complaint, that is damn racism

Not understanding why the sign says lobby hours yet the doors are locked. It's annoying. When it is open the clerk is rude. Will not come to this location again. The small office on Watkins has 1 clerk yet she manages to be kind, respectful and helpful. They have much more restricted, the service is far superior.
