If I could give them zero stars, I would. Went to this store twice to switch my cell phone service from AT&T to Verizon and get new cell phones. I waited for over two hours trying to switch my service. There were no other customers in the store when I went there this past Sunday. The agent at the store tried to set me up with an account, but because of an error that he made trying to complete my application, I was not able to get a new cell phone for me or my son. He told me to come back another day, provided me with his business card and recommended that I call him before coming back to the store. I called him today (Tuesday) to let him know that I was coming, he informed me that he was off but assured me that I would be taken care of and would call the store to let them no that I was coming. Big mistake…I waisted another two hours at this Verizon store with no cell phone, I was informed by the Assistant General Manager that the account/purchase order created by the previous agent was on hold, that it was going to take 24 hours to remove the hold and come back another day to complete the order. He gave me his card but I knew that I was not going back to that store. I found out after calling Verizon that there was a hold on my account because the store had charged me for a service that I had not received and changed my cell phone number without my knowledge. I was wondering why I didn’t receive any calls for the past few days. It was Verizon customer support that realized this is what the store had done and corrected the issue. I will be ordering my phones online and having them mailed to me. I DO NOT recommend going to this store. Go somewhere else or order your phones online! I heard that the Verizon store inside the Springfield Mall in Virginia has excellent customer service. Maybe go there!!!!!

Poor customer service! I was assisted by Ray, at Watkins Park store in MD, who traded my old phone for a new one. He said my bill will increase by $10, but it nearly doubled. He gave me his number in case I needed to reach him, he never responds or when he randomly does text back it's of absolute no value, nothing accomplished! This is price baiting, and very poor customer service all around. I have to contact FCC, & Consumer Affairs to file reports if this is not fixed immediately.

Cat was a great salesperson and make sure all of my apps loaded before to the new phone. She also stayed late to make sure I was taken care of.

Shouldn’t have to wait over an hr to pick up a router, customer service is horrible. Why is it only two people working here. Had I known I had to wait an hr I would have just gave it shipped to my house.

I will NEVER return to this location- the Victra authorized retailer in Watkins Park. I walked into the crowded store and was told to have a seat at the table. There wasn’t a sign-in or way to determine which customer was next. The rep said someone will be with me. After watching the Verizon rep take another customer ahead of me, I asked why I was skipped (another customer also complained). No response , other than the obvious - the system is disorganized! Poor customer service, ghetto, disorganized, with no apparent supervisor with common sense. I’m done. I’ll get my equipment faster in the mail.

Nice store. I've been here before long ago and received decent service. Today, however, they need to work on their customer service for customers who are only returning Fios equipment. As a customer with home service, I shouldn't have to sit here for over 20 plus to return equipment. That doesn't makes a lot of sense as customers obtaining service are going to require much longer service times. Do better!
