This is the embroidery shop you want to go with. I gave Pam a really hard project with less than ideal fabric and she took a lot of effort to work through the difficulties and get the sew-out right. My order was not large or lucrative and she still put a lot of effort in. This is the kind of company that will take your order seriously and put the time, expertise, and effort in to deliver a good job.

I've been going to Pam since her days in Laurel and I can't stress enough how wonderful she is! Due to my habitual procrastination, every time I need anything printed, it's always last minute and I'm always pressed for time. Pam never judges me and always bends over backwards to meet my deadlines. She has printed everything for me from company polos, to team jerseys, even a couple of Christmas sweatshirts for my parents. No job is ever too small for her! And the amazing customer service I receive extends beyond her personally but to everyone over there at Zancan. Their entire staff is always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Their work is first-rate and their prices are cheaper than their competitors. A++++
