When I told Sandra at the CVS at 3350 Worthington Rd. in Urbana, MD 21704, that I had to pick up for two people, she had to ask both names several times and messed up at the register several times and then said \"I hate when people do this.\" I was livid but I didn't say anything. I have medications that I need to survive and I was also picking up for my step son who unfortunately at the age of 30 has heart issues, and was in the ER last night and really needed his medication. If Sandra hates it when I have to pick up for more than one person, why is she working there? And is it good customer service to tell the customers that they hate it when she does it? I think not. I have been using CVS for over 20 years and have picked up for myself in my 50s and my wife in her 60s many times. Everyone else has been fine with it. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I will give CVS another chance, but if I see Sandra come to help me again I will ask for another pharmacy staff person to assist, and I think it is well within my rights to do that. I don't think that she should work there anymore. But if you can't see your way clear to fire her than I hope she would at least be spoken to about it.

Same as other reviewers. Couldn’t get through after calling daily for a week, line always too long to wait or pharmacy closed midday. Used to be great and service has gone so far downhill we won’t be using them anymore

I was trying to get a gift card that acts like a credit card and it took 20 minutes to get the manager and then she said you can only buy it with cash like WTF LADE we ordered food and we were late by 20 minutes and our food was cooled

The pharmacy only had the drive through open after 6pm with one person working. Had to wait over more than a hour in the drive through to pick up meds.

Have always had great experiences at this CVS and the pharmacist and team are always kind, courteous and efficient. Have had really bad experiences with other CVS locations and this one is a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to go to!

The pharmacy is abysmal. Had a prescription called in by the doctor and one written script that we dropped off in person. Gave the pharmacy staff my insurance card and the guy working there rudely said the account was inactive and they would "look into it". Then he just marched off. Obviously we had more questions: are you contacting my insurance or do i? What are the next steps? Do you see this a lot? When should we check back? We weren't able to ask any of those questions because he walked away and we were left with 0 assistance. So, i called my insurance...my card is fine, the numbers on the card are accurate, and everything is up to date. I called my prescription benefits just to double check...same as insurance company, everything is good. I called CVS back and said there is nothing wrong with my card numbers so we would just come back to CVS to pick up the prescriptions and take them to another pharmacy (mind you this was not a heated convo). 10 mins later, arrive at the CVS and they cancelled the prescription. Legit CANCELLED the prescription when we told them we would be there in 10 mins to pick them up. Had to go back to urgent care to ask for ANOTHER script. Giant Pharmacy came through for us. No issues with the card, not rude, and not incompetent. Looking at the reviews for this location, seems I'm not the only one...

The older man pharmacist just told me he doesn't get paid to show me we're medication in the pharmacy is. They are a bigger joke then giant!

Recently got a covid test from here to return home to Hawaii on May 12th This usually takes about 1-2 days. I still haven't received my results and its been 4 days later. I'm now quarantining because the CVS pharmacy wont update me or return my results on mychart. Is there a way to contact this pharmacy and find out why? I feel kind of left in the dark with no help and just an automated phone machine that gets me no answers. My return home was awful, simply because I paid $150 out of pocket for a test due to work and never got my results. I should have saved my money. What a joke... If I could give 0 stars I would.

(3.75) ~ Good Overall CVS. While it doesn't carry as many "As See on TV" products of other CVS's; it does carry ALL of the Organic Hershey products and Limited Offerings such as Ultimate PB Reese's Cups;)lol
