This place is awesome and the owner, Boss Lady is great and explained everything in great detail. I get help all the time to make sure I'm doing everything the right way. Its also cool that everyone had a nickname.

Love this place already! I just recently started going but every time I walk in the staff is always so welcoming and make you feel instantly comfortable. Honey bee and Boss lady are motivating and guide you through out your workout while pushing you to reach your goals. Always looking forward to my next workout here!
