I’m really bummed that the company I work for is moving to another state. The team here is amazing and has always treated me fairly either with storage or renting out a Penske Truck. James is a very nice guy and great. His prices are very very great and affordable compared to other places and he keeps everything in order!!!... I will recommend him to anyone and everyone to come and rent from him and his wife. His wife is great as well she's very nice to. I've been here since 2015 - to 2022. And I'm very happy and he dose have place to park any type of vehicle that you need to park there. It is a fee to park your vehicle there. And if there is any problems they will help you get it fixed right away.Thank you both keep up the great work....

I just called Affordable Mini Storage in Waldorf. James picked up the phone fairly quickly. It was nice to talk to someone that sounds enthusiastic about their job. Great customer service and he answered any questions that I had. Looking forward to leasing a storage space here!

Thanks to James, we were able to secure our reservation. Going through a lot with estate responsibilities. But James, made the process quick and easy?. Great location and awesome!!!!!! Monthly fee!!!!!!Great hours and plenty of room to drive and offload personal property.Thank youIt’s been about a year now, since last posting. James is just as helpful and informative as the day we met him And zero issues with our things being safe and secure in same unit.

Mr. James is professional, committed to the customers satisfaction, and very personable. I have rented a Penske vehicle twice from him at the Industrial Drive location. The second time was explicitly due to my initial interaction with him while renting a moving truck a couple of months prior. Mr. James assisted me with an issue with the Penske rental that was of great concern. He made sure that all aspects were addressed and that Penske was aware of the safety concern so that it could be fixed in a timely manner. He provides amazing customer service that is truly genuine.
