AMC St. Charles Town Ctr 9 offers a good theater experience with insanely comfortable recliner seats and great, spacious rocking seats. The staff is consistently nice, helpful, courteous, and professional. The picture, sound, and movie quality are excellent for some, though others note the theatre as a whole needs an upgrade with old screens and speakers, and the building needs its spirit lifted. The vibe can seem deserted, which some appreciate for a less crowded visit. While generally a wonderful experience, there have been observations about a need for a security presence. Amenities include IMAX, Dolby Cinema, Prime at AMC, and innovative menus.
