Ms. Lee has been helping me diligently with a personal matter. When I’ve called and/or emailed her, she’s replied back in a timely manner. She’s assisted me in receiving funds back to my account. ATM machine is always broke. No one knows anything. Every Monday morning the machine doesn't work. For the last five days the machines has been broke and no one has came out of the bank to check it. This is at the Waldorf branch.

Terri gets five stars. I am a new customer and she helped me open a share account and CD on 11/15/22. She was engaging and professional. However, the police officer who was stationed there around 11 am glared at me and looked me up and down in a hostile manner when I entered the credit union. He gets zero stars which brought this rating down to an overall 3. Andrews FCU might want to shed their ghetto reputation by considering hiring cops who can better control their internal thought processes so clientele won’t feel policed just for entering the building. If I hadn’t wanted the CD rate so badly I would have left based alone on how he looked at me when I entered this establishment. The ignorant officers this credit union has a reputation for hiring aren’t a deterrent to crime; they’re a deterrent to maintaining your clientele.

This is the worst banking experience I ever had. They don’t answer the phone, they have extremely long call back times, and when they note someone will call you back - they never do. It is beyond frustrating that it takes weeks to ever get into contact with someone and when someone does answer they are never the right person to assist you. Their phone tree is terrible - the options they have never coincide with the option you actually press. It’s so terrible.
