Tyler was very nonchalant, he showed irritation when I ask for him to go over my account, since I added another line and my bill was high. He kept trying to scroll through the bill fast and I had to ask him to slow down. I ask a question about the state taxes and he was short in his response. Then I ask to change the address on my account. I gave him my address then I had to repeat it again. He lacks professional and the wrong demeanor to be facing with customers.

David is what all companies need in their service department. At this point in my life I value good service more than anything. Other stores have the same thing but not excellent service. Thanks.

Superb. Tyler M. was an absolute delight to work with. He not only took care of our issues trying to sign in on our devices after signing back on to our phone numbers after a 3 year deployment overseas but he also provided salient advice with respectful and resourceful customer care. He also went above and beyond and got our family of four upgraded to all new devices and promotional equipment as well. Tyler is truly an asset to the AT&T company and is well deserving of that recognition and should be provided with greater opportunities to work with customers and greater responsibilities to train other employees on great customer service and product knowledge. Thank you Tyler.

This was a really good experience for me and the staff was awesome, they were able to address my concerns and anticipate my technical needs. I was returning my phones from T-Mobile for AT&T to return for me, after being with Sprint/T-Mobile for 28 years. I think I made a good choice given my time and customer experience at the Waldorf store. From the lokk of the other customer's present, I was not the only one pleased.

I had a crisis today with my phone. David Rasnake was such a big help to me. He was so personable and gave me great advice. He is a wonderful AT&T employee.

I had a problem with my new phone went in they just looked at me couldn’t tell if they worked there or was a customer so I stood there about 5mins and then the guy asked if he could help me (no smile,greeting nothing)I told him my issue so he told me to put my code in (1sec at best) he’s on his phone texting for a good 5mins then he said he had to erase it and start over again I said ok then he said I had to change my Apple ID and I said I’ve never had to do that before but I did it then he it’s not changing so you know I was really getting angry because I was already annoyed but was keeping my cool for the moment he walked away I waited 10mins then I left and promptly went to the other AT$T store. Where the service was great she told me the issue she knew what to do everything was fixed and I went on my way. I told you 75% of my rating comes from service good service good rating bad service bad rating
