Thank you Jay! First for being the only one & a woman in the store this evening who knew how to change out a license plate bulb. Next, for being persistent when it took more than a couple of minutes to get it properly installed. You make Auto Zone look good and approachable for women.

Definitely customer service friendly. I would recommend it to anyone. Salim was very helpful and accommodating. He deserves a raise. If you need good customer service he is the guy to go to.

THIS STORE WAS AWESOME!!! First of all, it was the ONLY store that lent its availability to me after 5pm, while every other store refused to offer assistance due to time of evening. Secondly, they sold us a battery, installed, and took their time doing so! Plus they were friendly in doing so! First store I've experience in this industry who demonstrated liking their job! 10 stars if I could! Extra Kudos to Crystal for the extra explanations about my car.
