We visited the store in Waldorf looking for information on TVs. Kevin Ortega helped us from the moment we walked in. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He had a lot of patience and took his time answering all our questions and showing us every model. We really appreciate the service Kevin provided. Every store should have a Kevin.

It's a decent best buy as far as products go and service, nothing spectacular really wanted to be sold but it's a real no pressure environment but there is help around somewhere if you really need it. I Would rate them 4 stars, but once I drove an hour for an air fryer for in store pick up only to be told it wasn't there after arrival and sent on my way. Frustrated but not easily defeated, I searched for another model close by only to find out they had the same item I wanted in stock but a different color. I felt like the store associate should've told me that instead of Google but it all turned out fine.

Customer service is a lost art.I walked into Best Buy today looking to buy memory for my ps5. Already knew where to look in the store. I asked an associate who was about to ring up another customer by the apple laptops. The associate told me to give him a bit, and he would get right with me. So I waited close by while another couple was waiting in line to ask a question. So I turned my back for a second. The next thing I know, the associate is helping that couple that was waiting in line.Obviously, I don't want to spend my money in one of my favorite stores if the associate staff doesn't want to help.I spend entirely too much money in this store to be treated this way. I would like to know what management plans to do to ensure the rude staff learns to treat valued customers better. I spoke to one of the managers by the door about my experience, and the only thing he was able to mumble out was, "I'm sorry about your experience. "This needs to change. The management needs professional training as well, these are not unreasonable expectations for consumers to look for. This is why Amazon has taken over the brick and mortar businesses... why deal with incompetent and rude employees when I can just go online and click a button... and have my order delivered to my doorstep the next day?Do better....

Went there for a pick up not curbside but a staff told me to park curbside and they're just going to bring it to me so.The staff right after you entered the establishment was so nice,he greeted every customer.

I revisited this location with my husband yesterday and Ms Gia Gia gave us excellent customer service and was very patient with me in purchasing my merchandise. Thanks again to her and her sidekicks didn’t get their names but they were very helpful and informative. This team on Sunday rocked ?

The associates there were kind, but it took forever for us to be helped, it seems like barely any associates were on the floor to assist people, and the ones who did look at us didn't even acknowledge us. We ended up walking around, and finally we were approached by a young man named Justin who helped us. Justin was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He took his time explaining our different options in regards to computers, and my dad ended up buying a computer. Very happy with the service Justin gave us, but not impressed with the way Best Buy treats their customers.
