“My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. I will bring all my auto body issues to him from this point on. He will fight any insurance company to make sure you don’t have to!”

“I would definitely recommend this facility, they kept me up-to-date on the progress that was being made on my vehicle every single day through text, which was very nice. I did not have to make any calls or wonder how things were coming along . I had minor rear end damage.I dropped my vehicle off there July 1st and picked it up July17th which was earlier than the estimated date.they also did some interior cleaning, which I truly appreciated being a mom of two toddlers.
All though on the drop off date of (July 1st) as I was waiting to check my vehicle in at the front desk., The receptionist lady who was on the phone said towards the end of the compensation , “let me get off so I can help this girl”. To me, I felt that was disrespectful . But other than that everything else was excellent.”
