“I had a great experience. It started off with Ms. Dawn I asked her questions she knew the answers to she was very kind and not rude on the phone nor in person, because sometimes when you call a facility you get a rude representative. Mr. Clark called me weekly and kept me posted of my vehicles progress. I differently recommend this facility. I hope I don't need to see them again I don't plan to be in another car accident.”
“The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and made sure that I was good with everything. Walked me step by step on what was being done to complete the repairs.”

“I applaud excellence, and that’s what you’ll receive from Steve’s Auto Body every time. This isn't the first time I've had Steve work on one of our vehicles. From our Audi, Toyota to our Lexus, Steve’s Auto Body always goes the extra mile.
Our Lexus was hit while parked by our neighbor, and when it was time to have it repaired, I told their insurance company that I preferred to take it to Steve’s Auto Body. Once again, the team hit it out of the park.
Thanks to Steve, Debbie, Earl, and Bill for always being true professionals of their craft. This is what professional work looks like.”
“They fixed my car fast and did an amazing job on it. Was going on holiday this weekend and they got my car back to me before, so I would definetly bring my car back here again in the future.”

“If you are looking for repair after an accident this is an incredible shop. Work was impeccable. They even found things to fix after the initial claim and they did everything. Communication was so thorough and often, I felt I was there. They were professional and a pleasure to work with.”
“Gave them a call at 10:00 a.m., they fitted me in about 40 minutes later and from the time I got there to the time I left was 30 minutes with perfectly matched new front tinted windows on the Sequoia... A lovely install and excellent customer service... A nice waiting area and very friendly informed staff. Pricing is fair and I will definitely go back again. Big Up”

“Loved my experience at Irongate Auto repair! Good, professional staff, who give honest estimates. The technician, I think his name is Jon, even came out and changed my license plate light without me mentioning it to him. Definitely coming back.Service: Electrical”

“My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. I will bring all my auto body issues to him from this point on. He will fight any insurance company to make sure you don’t have to!”
“I had a rim repair done at the California, Maryland location. From Lisa the office manager to Danny who conducted the repair on my truck, they were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for any of your repairs you might need. I will be back!”

“My rear bumper was destroyed. They took my explorer in on a Tuesday, they told it would probably take about 2 weeks until completion. They kept me well informed about the process and time frame through text. No later than that Friday of the same week that I took it in, they told me it was ready. I was so impressed and the quality was top tier. Not to mention the great customer service from Dian from the front desk and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this place.”
