I went to Nissan for a diagnosis because I was hearing a very loud noise. The cause of the noise was the wheel bearing. I was told I would need to replace 2 wheel bearings immediately to fix the cabin noise and replace the other 2 soon. I was told if one is going out the others will go out soon.Boswell did there own diagnostic and suggested I replace one wheel bearing and did so at nearly 50% of the cost and fixed my cabin noise.I would suggest this company to anyone looking for an honest diagnostic on there vehicle and fair pricing!Awesome Shop! Wouldn't be able to work with out them!

Moving to a new area and trying to find a good auto shop is like buying a lottery ticket hoping to win the jackpot.After moving to Waldorf, I was impressed with (and a little skeptical of) Boswell's nearly 5 Star Yelp rating. After using Boswell's twice, I quickly experienced how they earned and maintain their reputation.The owner, Tom is not afraid to tell you his rates up front and give his best estimate on time needed to diagnose/fix. He is candid about when he will be able to get to your car. I never felt pressure for any repairs - Tom is like an experienced doctor who gives his best diagnosis for what is wrong with a vehicle including options and costs for different courses of action. After 5 years, Boswell's is still our go-to auto repair shop. Through many repairs over the years, both small and large - Boswell's consistently provides fair prices, good service, and great communication. Rarely have I had a good experience with an independently owned auto repair shop, but Boswell has broken that decades long streak! I've interacted with Tom, Rachel and one other person and each have delivered outstanding service. I know Tom to be honest and fair as I dropped off the car expecting a much higher estimate (diagnosis) and rather he stated I didn't need the work I was prepared to pay for! He immediately earned my trust as he could have overcharged me for an unneeded repair and I never would have been the wiser.I've since brought all three of my Nissans to him for repair and intend to stick with this shop as long as I'm in the region.Highly recommend! Honest and fair pricing -- a rare combination today.

I used Boswell Auto Repair Service twice. The prices are very reasonable. The customer service was great. Because of their great work. I am able to park in my garage again. I would recommend them if your looking for great service.

I spoke to Tom the owner, he was very courteous and professional and a great help explained to me what the issues could be and got me in first thing Monday morning to check my car out and see what's going on. I've heard many great things about Boswells looking forward to starting a relationship with their business for any needs my car might come across.

After a road trip, I discovered that my Chevy Tahoe was experiencing some major suspension issues. It seemed to be coming from my front driver side wheel. My usual mechanic couldn't see us for 7 days. I really love my usual mechanic, but running a household with 4 boys, we couldn't wait 7 days. I found out about Boswell via Yelp. Great reviews so I thought I'd shoot for a miracle. Lord knows I am so glad I found them! They were loving, professional, quick, and thorough! They were able to take us the next morning and have my truck ready the same day!!!! The issue ended up being my wheel barring which could have fallen off!!! Pricing was super fair! They even gave me some tips on how to maintain my suspension! I would recommend Boswell for sure!!!!! Appreciate the entire experience!

Tom the owner was very nice, listened to my issues. I've heard great things about this shop and how honest they are! I hope they get to the bottom of the issues my car is having, and I'm confident they will! Will make another review once car the car is complete! Very happy so far!

I usually take my vehicle to the dealership until they tried to overcharge me for work needed on my 2015 Infiniti Q50. I called Boswell and saved approximately $500 plus dollars. Service great, staff professional and friendly! I would recommend this shop to anyone.

If your looking for a honest, reasonable shop to get your car repairs completed, there's no need to look any further than Boswell's Auto Service. The customer service and workmanship was exactly what you would hope for. I was thoroughly impressed and feel like I've finally found a place to get my cars serviced!!

Our Honda Pilot broke down on 301 and we had it towed to Boswell!We got here on Thursday, Tom managed expectations and stated he could not get to us until Friday.
