The Chicos Fashion Show was amazing earlier today! I love Chico's Style as well as the outstanding client service. Assistant Manager, Jessica was extremely helpful as well.as Laurie and Alex. I would like to complement the professional store manager and staff. I've been shopping Chico I believe over 15years I have over 4 locations to shop near me but this store by far meets all my expectations and more. The staff is always welcoming, while I'm in the store they always remember their customers name and greets always with a warm smile before covid but the welcoming voices are great to hear. I highly recommend the Waldorf store in Maryland its very inviting and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products in the store.

Terrible Terrible Horrible!!! This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! I will never ever shop at this Chicos again! Everytime I enter the store if I entered with a return or other packages the manager would motion to a sales associate to take my bags and put them behind the counter while I shopped as if I wanted to steal something.....really?? also on several occasions while shopping the manager would say something to a sales associate then suddenly the associate would start following me around while I shopped asking me meaninglessness questions. This happened EVERY time I went in the store (if the manager was there). It only happened when the store manager was there. I called the corporate office several times and was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I stopped shopping there...it's just terrible! I will not give my hard earning money to racists people!!! I am the First Lady of a large church in the area and I also informed my congregation of the racial profiling at this location and suggested they not shop there as well. Worse experience ever!

No wonder this place has a rating of 1... and if zeros were an option, I'd pick 0. I shopped here for the first time and when I brought back a pair of very expensive pants that ripped right on the seam, the person who called herself a manager (not store manager) told me that since I had receipt and it was within the 60 day return policy date she would take the defective pants back, "this once" as if it was not within their return policy to take back defective items. When I asked about this and pointed out the pants were defective, she replied that "no one else had had a problem with these pants" as if I was the problem. I had her call the home office right then and on the spot. While the woman on the other end was very apologetic, an apology is not enough. Never shopping with them again! Terrible customer service and the worker didn't even understand the return policy. It's a wonder they stay in business.

The clothes are of great quality and the staff are always very friendly. Prices are a more than what I normally like to spent but they have sales and email/mail discounts often.
