Please very very very careful when dealing with this bank. I had opened an account with them and used for various activities, and forgot i had the account with them. Little did i know that $100+ does not meet the minimum for "maintainence fee". For over a year they siphoned "maintainence fees" until the account went negative and treatened to charge negative balance of $2 to collections. Secondly, how does a bank need you to have an account with them before you can even get change, even if you have a closed account with them? If you need a roll of quaters, "better open an account with us or we cant serve you, we need you to have an account with us for tax purposes". Your money is better keep somewhere else where you can get your peace of mind.

Four (yes, FOUR) separate visits into the branch of Route 5 in Waldorf and I STILL could not get an account for a new business. On visit #4, I was told I would get a phone call later that day. No one ever called. I took my business elsewhere.

We have a business account with CBNT and have been very displeased with the quality of their service. Their staff, while nice, often give incorrect answers to questions. Their online bill-pay system is unreliable. Several of the payments we made recently have not been received. Their website also lacks many of the features you'd expect of a modern bank. Unfortunately, it is difficult to change banks, so we're stuck with them for a while.

Took over 30 minutes to add someone to an account that never got finished and everytime we asked how much longer the lady said not much which took 10minutes more and then the lady didn't even understand some of the stuff I was saying or asking and gave me wrong info. Then had to get a supervisor just to figure something out. It's literally been 14 days since opening my account last 10 business days for my debit card. This is unacceptable. Banks help no one but the owner now. Don't ever bank here worst headache of my life just and they put you on a 30 day probation period like a criminal? I'm so unhappy with my choice, I will be leaving when I get the chance after a few months. If not for auto pay saving me money I would of never dealt with this.
