Unbelievable! After 20min of being on hold to see if they had enough pills to fill my prescription, the representative hangs up on me. She pulls my profile up which has all my contacts info yet doesn't call me back. Obviously she hung up on purpose. I wouldn't recommend any CVS in Waldorf at this point. The one off Technology Rd had my same prescription for over 45days because they didn't have the quantity i needed.

0 stars!!! Worst pharmacy and drive-thru. Waited in the drive-thru for 15minutes just to get up to the window for the gate to be down/closed for a lunch break. There is a huge mirror to show you someone is/has been waiting. On top of the fact I had to wait a day to get my prescription filled from a day earlier. They open at 6am and waited until 1:05pm to send a text that my prescription was ready. Right before they closed.Definitely switching pharmacies now. This was the last straw for me.

They screwed up my mothers script . They received it 24 hours ago said they would text when ready. They did NOT. We call it's ready I go to pick it up wait 45min in line then when it's my turn they shut the blinds . 2 people behind me they go to lunch. I complained to Justin the manager on duty . Dead face nothing . He just stares .... Unbelievable!!! I'm in the medical field and let me tell you this is unacceptable!

This place i been here for Covid-19 test and this place it's fast it depends if there's a lot of customers inside the car doing testing that's why it takes time but my 2 times I been there they have been fast.

There is no reason why you should be in a CVS drive thru for over 30 minutes. Only to go inside to complain and be laughed at by multiple reps as the pharmacist sits by and offers no apology, or explanation. The rep said they were administering a test, but offered no apology as I explained that I was hung up on 2 times as I called to ask if I should come inside? Once inside the customer standing at the counter explained she waited in the drive thru line for an hour vefore coming inside. I do not understand why people think masks hide laughter. BOO BOO, HONEY LOVE, AND DEAR PLEASE DON'T THINK THOSE MASKS HIDE EVERYTHING. BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT LAUGHING LOOKS LIKE. THE MASK COVERS YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH NOT THE CRINKLE OF YOUR EYES DUMB ASS!And as I informed them, I FIND NOTHING FUNNY! And still no apology for the rude treatment while inside. Though they are waiting on others while I stand here waiting for them to give me my prescriptions that they quoted me the wrong price for.

This evening I dropped off my husbands prescriptions at CVS and the cashier said she would give me a call as soon as they were ready. I never received the phone call and the pharmacy is closed and my husband is in pain and he has no medicine to help the pain. The pharmacy does not open until 9am in the morning. Why would they accept the prescriptions if they could not fill them? That's why the doctors write the prescriptions! DUH!!! They are going to get a piece of my mind in the morning.

Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy and the manager. I had the hospital call to verify they had all of the prescriptions before we left and they said they had them. I sent someone to get them and they didn't have one of the prescriptions and they didn't give me another one. The pharmacist did not give us needles for one of the injection drugs nor did they give us alcohol wipes.. they said we should know to get those things that the Dr didn't order then. Called the manager Jordan and he said he would call me back and 2 hours later still have not called. I am very tired of "it is not my job " in one sentence and in the second sentence telling me how he went above and beyond. This is not acceptable for a pharmacist and I will be transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy in the future.

01/22/17 - Tried to put in a prescription for my Grandsons medication, which needed to be ordered.Pharmacist said that the stores order had already gone in, for the week. (Monday). He could order it, next Monday. And it would be there the Monday after that. He suggested that I run around Waldorf to other CVS's to see who could get it faster. I asked if they could call the other stores. Nobody wanted to do it. Neither the pharmacist nor the assistants were helpful. Went to the other CVS, in St. Charles, (by the Safeway). They ordered it and said that it should be here by Friday. Was in there, every bit of 5 minutes.
