Just left this CVS, they didnt have my medications ready dispite them saying it was via text. The best thing is they tried to poison me by try giving to give me someone elses medications. I told her three times my name is not "Mr. Smith".

I'm new to the Waldorf community and my experience with this CVS location has been the best I've ever had from any in Maryland; and I've lived in Montgomery and PG counties. The staff has always been very pleasant - especially the pharmacy staff. They've always been timely with my prescriptions and courteous in the manner in which they provide support. Thanks so very much to the management for leading in such a way. All the best!

I paid for my brother's prescription because his insurance didn't cover it. Sent him up there with a coupon to pay 23 and some change. They told him they couldn't use that coupon because they took it upon themselves to use a different coupon there for I had to pay out of pocket 37 dollars. This is one of the many reasons I don't use this pharmacy!

I was in the store on Friday, December 1, at 11:00 am. I was greeted by a young man named Manuel who gave me the most delightful service. I asked him for assistance at the photo kiosk and he just took care of everything except me logging into my phone to show him which picture.Very friendly, and very patient. I wanted to do the survey the I didn't get a survey request, so besides this review I am going to write a letter to the GM.

Daughter had pneumonia but the hospital sent it to a closed pharmacy. We came all the way here because it was open til 10 and when we showed up 15 minutes before 9pm they would not even transfer fill the prescription. Then they stated they close in 15 mins. I called the number and it states 10pm pharmacy closing time. They were rude and didn't care that it was an emergency. We literally left the hospital and came straight here. Useless pharmacy. Don't go here they don't care about patients!!!

This CVS is horrible with customer service. I’ve been a customer here for 2+ years since moving to the area, and the service has been steadily going down hill. I will be switching pharmacies asap as I’ve had enough. Do better technology way!

The customer service and greetings towards the customers are horrible. This little girl tonight attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. She yelled at me saying "the machine don't work." Instead of assisting me like I AM THE CUSTOMER.AND I WAS. But the assistance and comfortability for the customer to shop and spend THEIR money should be Welcomed and respected in this place. Instead of having to put up with some little child being disrespectful to the customers as if she didn't receive home training . Now it's to no wonder why the store ratings are at 2.2. Absolutely Horrible service . Lucky that I had to put 1 star ⭐ to leave a review. . But this CVS doesn't even deserve that.

The willingness to assist customers is lacking at this CVS in that customers like myself are made to feel as if we are more of an inconvenience than a valued patient/customer.After being told that one of my prescriptions were not received, I called back to inquire about the status of the re-sent prescription. In the middle of my sentence, the person who answered the phone abruptly interrupted me to ask for my DOB. I understand that this information is needed, but courtesy and consideration is also necessary when dealing with customers, especially customers who are also patients in pain.At this point, I'm very frustrated at the perceived issue with technology made worse by the issue with customer service.

I called this location to have my prescription transferred from Walgreens to here for a pick up. The young lady that answered the phone spoke as if she was angry she was there and did not want to help me. When she couldn't hear me, instead of asking "can you repeat that" she answered with "what". It has been 3 days and my prescription has not been transferred! I would not recommend going here. They do kot want to work and rhe customers care and concerns are the least of there concerns.

Been on hold for over an hour with no one answering the phone. Just need to get a script filled for my wife who just had surgery and they won't release her until the script is filled. CVS is the worst pharmacy in our area by far. Will be calling corporate for sure and never using CVS again! Thanks for nothing! Everyone else avoid this place like the plague!

Be aware that some of the employees don't honor the coupons sent to your card, even when you show them the printed coupons. I thought that sending the coupons to your card would be enough... but it is not. So... I did not have a pleasant experience today with this particular employee since he would not listen to you but to himself only. He did not honor CVS's coupons at all.If it says any... that means any... Right?
