Recently, I purchased a truck from this location, and not even a month later ran over some debris on 495 from an accident and damaged one of my tires. I called the next morning and spoke with the Assistant Service Manager, Jarvis, and he was able to put another tire on my truck right away!The customer service was on point and they were able to replace my tire in a short time frame. I will be back for additional services!

Made an appointment several weeks ago since my Jeep was having a stutter when I would be driving it. Spoke to several people ahead of time and was told that it could be a dirty fuel injector. Dropped my vehicle off at the appointment time. I was asked if I planned to wait. I asked if they had a shuttle service. I was told, Yes, however the shuttle is several hours away and would not be back until after noon time. It was 9:00 am. I waited a bit and asked how long did they think it would take to get to my car since I noticed an hour and half later it was still sitting in the same spot and they had acted as if me taking the shuttle would not be necessary since I had made an appointment and it may not take too long. 11:00 rolls around and the waiting room is packed. People complaining that they were here and the work did not get completed so they had to come back. I took the entire day off of work to make sure my car gets fixed due to my concern of having it just stall on me. I let Kenny know I was having someone pick me up and to please call when my car was completed. He said I was dealing w/Jarvis so he would be calling me. I had not heard anything by 4:00 so I called Jarvis. The call was a horrible call as he seemed infuriated when he answered. I asked about my Jeep after several minutes of me explaining my Jeep, etc. he said "we had not finished the work from the previous day, we will not be getting to your car today." I asked why I wouldn't have been told this when I was there at 9:00. He said I wasn't there to tell you. After going back and forth of explaining that I took an entire day off of work to get this completed. He said I don't know what to tell you, hopefully we get to it tomorrow. I told him I would expect a little better organization tomorrow and if I could get a call. He asked when would you like the call? Strange question to ask a customer. My response was- when you know what's wrong with it and can give me a diagnostic... The next day rolls around and I call at noon since I had not heard anything. Again, a complete run around on how they have not had any time. Jarvis would call me later. 4:00 came and he said "we drove it and cannot find anything wrong with it." Strange since it happens to both my husband and myself. Again, shuttle is in Baltimore and cannot give me a ride. Let him know I would not be able to get a ride there until later tonight and could he leave the keys with the dealership. He said "Sure and you will need to pay $149.95." They have had my car for two days, I have called more than 20 times to get updates, and now I am being charged and they say nothing is wrong. I arrive and pay. I get not even a block down the road and I have the same stutter. Basically they had my car for two days, extremely rude, I was charged for them to do nothing and the same problem it was taken to Jeep for still exist. This is ridiculous. I would steer clear of this place. Horrible customer service!!

Do yourself a favor. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. They will over charge and not complete services. Was forced to pay for a diagnostic test that was not done. They didn't find any of the main issues my vehicle was having leaving me to go somewhere else for the same service.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Darcars Chrysler Jeep of Waldorf that sales financing and especially the service department have treated me with respect for my time especially when I’m waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Thank you again Darcars of Waldorf.

DO NOT trust this dealership mechanics services! We took our jeep in for repairs. They charged us OVER $1,000 for a fix that only took 5 minutes and cost $150 at a different mechanic’s shop!! They’re clearly scamming people! If my uncle wasn’t a mechanic we would have been in a bad financial position! The sad thing is we just spent $2k a month ago on another issue. They must have thought we were made of money! Be careful of scamming because the interest rates are too high right now so many mechanics are scamming people trying to save their cars!!

This review is long overdue, but I must tell you how friendly, helpful, and responsive the staff is here. I wanted to purchase a stick shift Jeep Gladiator, only to find that due to a certain recall, very, very few were left for sale AFTER said recall. My father is the one who found this rare Jeep of my dreams, here at DARCARS Waldorf Jeep in Maryland, online. So, we set off from New York down to Waldorf Maryland. The trip was 600 miles, 18 hours, round trip, to pick up this beautiful stick shift Jeep Gladiator. This trip was worth every minute and mile. When we arrived, the whole encounter was very pleasant. From the test drive to when I signed my name to take my beautiful Jeep home was just a breeze. I was star struck and could barely string a sentence together when I saw this gorgeous vehicle, but the staff was patient and understood. I was so touched that they offered to put a red bow on the Jeep for picture's sake!Not once did I feel like I might be being taken advantage of for any warranties/coverage that were on offer. Being an automotive technician myself, I pay particular attention when it comes to this situation. signing your name away and what for. Most assuredly, there were no hidden intentions, and they were more than happy to elaborate on anything I might have a question about.I also wanted to note that Dylan, their product specialist, was a very welcoming, informative, and enthusiastic individual, who helped me discover and fall in love with the many amenities this beautiful Jeep has to offer. I wish I could give a 10/10, but I will need to stick with 5/5. Excellent staff, excellent experience, and even though I live in NY, I will recommend this dealer to all my "Jeeples."

After talking to them at least 4 times on the phone about price and where we had to be on price, i drove close to 2 hours to get there and they weren't even close to what they said on the phone all day! Horrible experience and wouldn't even think of going there again! I hate being lied to and making the trip for nothing! He's very lucky I'm not posting his name on here

DARCARS of Waldorf made our buying a car experience very pleasant. When we pulled in the parking lot to scope out the inventory, we were approached by salesman, David. He was able to guide us along with test driving a couple vehicles. Needless to say, we were in the middle of a heat wave and temps were reaching 100 degrees on this particular day; we appreciate David hanging in there with us. David is a new car salesman of a couple weeks but he is proving to be a fast learner and absorbing everything there is to know to help car buyers.When we decided to make a deal, we met Sales Manager, Glenn. He did not pressure us at all and on our ride home, we even talked about how stress-free this experience was. They were patient with us and spent extra time to go over some of the car features. Glenn is very easy to talk to and was hands-on with us too. The atmosphere was very friendly and they have a good team of employees who help each other out.Lastly, I want to share a week later (actually yesterday), we were part of a Jeep convoy with multiple Jeep clubs to see Mama Duck in Leonardtown. As soon as we parked at the Wharf, I instantly saw one of the DARCARS Salesmen named Dylan. We hung out during most of the event which was nice. The very next day (today), I went to DARCARS to take care of some things and Dylan walked outside to greet me. Again, that was very nice and he didn’t have to do that, but he did inform me that David was with a customer. Dylan has shown me a few times how he continues to go above and beyond to help people regardless of whether you are his customer or not. That goes a long way.I have forgotten the name of the Finance Department Associate (apologies) but she was a pleasure to work with as well. I would recommend DARCARS of Waldorf to anyone shopping for Chrysler or Jeep vehicles.

Car was shaking when it reached a specific speed. They told me I needed to have the tires balanced. I paid to have that done left the car lot and within a 1/4 mile it was shaking again. Took it back and they said it had 4 bent rims and it would be $1600 to replace them. I didn't think that was right so took it to a tire shop. The engine was misfiring so they did a tune up and the problem is solved. I called the service manager at Darcars and he said I was crazy and there is no way this happened. I asked for the $150 diagnostic fee back and he told me there was no way. Be careful when dealing with the service department.

Store manager is a pleasure to work with. If any issue arises he can definitely speak with you and help to resolve it. Will get more work done here to my Wranger when issues arise.

Be careful during the financing portion of the purchase of your vehicle my personal experience. Once my financing was complete. This dealership put together another finance package and pushed it through to charge me thousands of dollars more for the vehicle. I caught it and reported the situation to the Better Business Bureau. So beware.
