I arrived at 10:30 for a 10:40 appointment and all of my paperwork was completed online, at 10.33 2 other clients came in and stated they were they for a 10:20 appt. They arrived 13 minutes late and was seen before me, i am so confused by this. My 10:40 appt, became an 11:30 appt, because that's when I was called to be seen by the doctor. As far as my pre screening, the young lady at the desk was concerned with getting the late patients prescreened and a young african-american male noticed i was sitting there a long time and asked my name and prepared a room to get my pre screening done. As far as the young lady still was getting pre screening done for patients who arrived after me for appt times after me. She tried to take him back to the room and he young man told her I was next. I have been going to LensCrafter since 2006 and this was by far the worse service I have ever received. I want to say the young lady (white) behind the desk did not want to deal with an african american client, that's my observation. I never spoke rudely to her or anyone, igreeted everyone with kindness. She over looked my for the my appt, pre-screening, and when it was time for me to check out, she whisked me out to the area to get glasses. I am really disappointed in the service I received. The eye exam was good but the overall experience was horrible.

From my heart, I appreciate the impeccable care that I was given today by Xavier Owens.He was clean cut, well groomed and has an excellent demeanor. He takes his job very seriously, is meticulous in explaining what he's about to do so there are no surprises. I have a lot of anxiety as a whole, he never made me nervous. He enjoys helping people and he seemed to strive in order for me to have a great experience. He reassured me that we would find a resolution and not to worry. He took excellent care of me.Xavier Owens is an asset to Lens Crafter.

When I first walked in I was greeted immediately by Monty. She was very kind and directed me right over to the office. Xavier was very welcoming. He explained all the test to me before me we started, cleaned all the equipment right in front of me to insure they were sanitary. Once I spoke to the doctor I was in good sprits! She helped me understand what would work for my eyes and made suggestions. Once completed I looked for eye wear with Monty and was able to leave happy. I will definitely be returning and referring my family and friends.

Made me feel very comfortable and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. They ask if everything was ok , very attentive, made me feel like I was the only one there. Loved Dr.Wiggins and all the staff that helped me throughout my visit.

We had a great experience today. The young man that took us to take pictures of my son’s eye was great. He throughly explained what he was doing and showed him imagining of back of the eye while pointing out landmarks for him to understand. Christina was very personable and remembered us from previous visit a year ago… I am a nurse who works in a hospital so this was quite impressive. The doctor was also very pleasant and informative as well. Afterwards the sales people were great in reminding us that our benefits didn’t kick in until Halloween, therefore discussed options for our purchase of glasses. I was very pleased.

I actually was impressed south the virtual eye exam. I was unsure at first how it was going to play out, but it went really well. The doctor was informative and very personable.

Everyone was very polite and efficient. I felt like they cared about my time and that is not something I'm used to when going to see the optometrist. I thought the tele-health portion of the visit was very good. I really liked my sales associate, Deborah, who was on point with everything and got me through the process quickly. The receptionests/assistants were very good at their jobs as well. My thanks go out to the whole team!!!

First of all, I would like to say our overall experience was just outstanding. Everyone of the staff's greeting was very freindly and with a smile. For the eye screening, Christine gave my daughter and I exceptional service and very professional. She explained why there was a very short delay with doing our exams. Just perfect! I had Dr Komal for my evaluation and she was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. She also thoroughly explained everything and what I needed to do for followup. The best dialog I have had with an optometrist in years. My daughter had Dr Brown for her evaluation and she said her experience with her was similar to mine. I would say that even though it was a "Zoom" type exam it was an outstanding experience. For our glasses purchase, Yesica took very good care of us. I think the whole expierence was great becuase of the professionlism and friendliness of the staff. I give a big "Kudos!" to this team.

Not good. I've been there 4 times and still don't have glasses i can use. Had to do an eye exam twice. Not to mention its been 3 weeks and my 2nd pair has not arrived yet, so yea that means ill be back a 5th and 6th time.

Extremely disappointed the exam was fine. I came to Lenscrafters because I needed glasses quickly. I did not know that’s no longer an option so I wish I knew that before I came and wasted my entire day. I have been a customer a long time.Unfortunately will not be coming back again. The manager started helping me and then she took another customer and made me wait after I’ve been there for two hours. Not a happy customer.
