Teisha and the other gentleman working today were extremely kind and helpful. I had been looking for a particular item and hadn't been successful in locating it. She was able to order it and the next time I came in (today) as soon as she saw me let me know she had plenty of the item in stock. She had only met me briefly once before! The store is very clean and everyone has been very attentive and kind. I drive out of my own county to come to this Dollar store and will continue to do so.

They closed the store during the day when they want to. I drive there every week, and they’re always closed during business hours.

11895 Montgomery lane Waldorf Md. This store is a walking safety hazard. Products always in the wrong spot. Multiple aisles blocked off by rolltainers full of product. The manager is rude and unprofessional. They constantly close the store during business hours because they are irresponsibly cutting the hours while being short staffed even when the stock room is overflowed with product that ends up on the sales floor. People constantly stealing and leaving trash in the aisles. The emergency exit is blocked off. I would avoid shopping at this store. I would avoid working for this company too. They don't care about their employees. They constantly change the schedules every other day without notice. If I have the option I would shop at another business everytime before going to dollar general. TRUST ME.

Dollar General is a good store for picking up household things and seasonal items. It can be a slow check out sometimes.

Highly recommend!!! I met the store employee named, Karen, She and her team were AWESOME today (8-22-23) !!!Karen's Customer service skills are phenomenal, and mirrored by her team. She is extremely professional and has a nice since of humor. Karen made sure we felt comfortable shopping and she's knowledgeable about the items sold in her store. I live approximately 41 miles away and will shop here more often.

Karen was awesome! She really tried to help me with my purchase issues. A couple days later I expressed my appreciation to the store manager, Vonda, and she took was a great joy to see.

Staff was a bit sparse, emergency equipment was clicking (possibly needed a replacement battery). I was still able to find what I needed and was able to leave without issue.

If you need something quick for your home or family- try this store 1st. They have a large variety of every day items. Great deals for the money and extra savings in the clearance section. I love the CLEARANCE section!!

This is a rather large Dollar General store with a good selection, but when I was there the store was really cluttered and messy looking. It didn't help any that it was really dark in the store, but they also seemed short of staff. There was one young lady at the register and trying to keep that area clean, and one young man putting stock away, both were polite and seemed friendly enough. Thankfully there wasn't too many customers at the time, but I'm having a hard time seeing past the mess.
