Horribe Manager interaction.
I went this store Friday and tried to buy two black leggings for $3.50, they rang up for $5. I spoke to the manager Anthony and he wanted me to show him that it showed that it was for $3.50.
In the area where the leggings where we you can see that is clearly marked as $3.50 on one side of the leggings on the other side is not mark $5 or $3. 50, but at the bottom row which I did not see yesterday that same pair of black leggings which is the ones that I wanted were listed at $3.50...He would not honor the price for me and give me the leggings at 3.50 flat out refused. He instead offered a refund and he's got loud with me in the store. He was very argumentative was very rude to me call me a liar several times in the store in front of customers and the store assoc. I will not be shopping at this establishment again because, this was very unnecessary and uncalled for. $7 vs $10 you all still would've had a sale smh, now you lost a repeat customer 😒. And he kept trying to argue with me. Horrible customer service.

Don't go if your white. There is an extremely racist cashier during the day. She'll start trouble with you and when you tell her you're calling corporate she's calls first and tells them you called her a racial slur to get herself out of trouble. DON'T GO IN IF YOUR WHITE!!

Always only one cashier, even when line long. They closed self checkouts. What's the use? Just trying to grab and go. Open another checkout when people standing in line for 10 or more minutes.

I have been a frequent shopper at this location ever since they opened because the locationis convenience to my office. The store recently has reacquired one of the rudest and nastiest cashiers I have ever met, feelings I found I shared with other business owners and employees in my shopping center. It is sad when a customer feels heckled by her from the moment you walk in the store. I've only been in there twice since she started working there again, both times she refused to ring me up since I was paying with cash and she had already pulled and countered out her drawer before closing time, forcing customers to use self-checkout, which only accepts credit or debit cards. After the first time, when I was forced to leave a cart full of merchandise because I had only brought cash, I started shopping at another location. Needing only milk, I walked in the store the other day 20 minutes before closing time. After chatting momentarily with a nice gentleman working there, I hear her yelling from across the store that I have to use self-checkout. After arguing with her for 10 minutes about her refusing to ring me up, then her demanding I have exact change, she finally, very begrudgingly, put a drawer back in and rang me up. Customers should not have to dread going into a store because you know you will have to deal with an extremely rude cashier with a nasty attitude.

I come in and without fail the employees have their ear buds in talking to their friends. They don't greet you when you walk up to check out. The gentleman I think he is the manager is always pleasant. I think he is so short staff that the ladies just do what they want. You need to train your employees how to treat a paying customer.

1st, the male cashier was very nice, professional and multi tasked. The thin fussy, nasty, argumentative and arrogant cashier is enough to run all customers away. Then we had to return on Sunday and the heavy set cashier was sitting with her eye's closed and didn't really want to be bothered AT ALL. I hold the store manager accountable for his/her poor management skills. The store is in shambles and requires more than one person there at a time. It's no way possible to secure the store, ring up customers, retrieve carts, sign for goods coming in, clean up, go to the rest room, take a break or be customer friendly on such a minimal salary. Corporate needs to reevaluate there choice of management. This store is losing hundreds of dollars per day because someone is being cheap. The two females need retraining or new jobs. The manager needs to be placed on notice to get your store together or get replaced.

One of the wildest experiences I've had in a while. No cashier, stock person gets cussed at by customer, he replies "I'm not a cashier!" The customer walks out with the merchandise without paying!

New, clean, and in Upper Marlboro finally
