Daughter opened a new acct today Person that helped her told her that there wouldn't be a hold on her paycheck. When she went to deposit it with a teller they told her it would be a 9 day hold because it was a new account. Seriously? Do the people opening accounts not think to let people know that? I told her to close the account as soon as the check clears.

Nice bank but I'm not a fan of the bank charging so many $35 courtesy fees when you use your overdraft protection. It's ridiculous that they can charge you up to 4 fees ($35) per day. That is taking advantage of the weakness of people. This is a credit union that should be more geared to help and not unfairly take. Also, in order for new members to get a checking account they do a hard pull on your credit. If anything it should be a soft pull and not affect your credit score. CEO please change this to better serve those working hard or who have worked hard to educate our children.

They never answer the phone and frankly it’s annoying, been calling for days at different times of the day and still they claim their tellers are busy but when I have to physically go inside, there are barely any customers. Step it up with the phone call.

Their drive up ATM is very convenient. Sometimes you can't get any cash, I guess it runs out of money, but it's the closest drive up ATM, so I try there first before moving on to the next one.
