It was Amazing as usual. I've been a loyal Enterprise customer since 2006. I received a phone call and email about 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time and I was advised my choice of vehicle was available and will ready when I get to the rental location. I arrived at the rental location and spent just 15 minutes or less and I was on my way with the rental vehicle. The vehicle drove very well. The Associate that attended to me was amazing. Great attitude and great sense of humor. She even followed up to see how my experience was. I will definitely go back there again.

The service wasn't the best. It took forever to get picked up, even longer to actually receive the vehicle and then the vehicle smelled like smoke. The customer service rep that assisted me was pleasant.

The customer service at the Leonardtown Waldorf, MD office is great! They are so accommodating and patient, especially during busy periods, and they really meet customers' needs with grace and professionalism.

The staff was courteous. However, the service light on the vehicle we got came on 2 days later. When we called to exchange the vehicle, we were told they didn't have any to exchange.

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences in my life. My van got totalled on vacation in SC, so had to get a rental. Was originally told I'd need to return rental in SC, so when I went to enterprise again to rent another vehicle to get back to Maryland, I was able to just keep the first rental to get home in so I didn't have to unload/load all my luggage etc. Was absolutely a hassle free experience.

Everyone at Enterprise were very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I came in after her car was stolen. Reservations were made online, once we got there, we were in and out in 10 mins. Excellent customer service.

Marcus Willis at the Leonardtown, MD location always provide superb customer service. I have use that location a few times and he has always went the extra mile to make my experience a great one!!!

I really enjoyed my experience not just with this company but specifically at this location. Although upon making my appointment over the phone (with an offsite employee) I was told all appointments were booked for the day. As I insisted on still coming into this location knowing it was busy I was taken care of swiftly by Raven! Raven is very knowledgeable. Raven was able to answer all questions regarding rentals and insurance. I was also welcomed by Kayla who was able to help we with extending my rental. Both ladies worked swiftly and not only answered My questions but made my experience top notch ! I will forever request for Raven or Kayla at this location.

The service (staff) was on point (meaning good). I just didn't know that RENTAL AGENCIES rented OLD DAMAGED vehicles today. Rental agency policies used to be a turnback (car thats being removed from fleet (rental)) were not only for mileage but also DAMAGE (or it was repaired through contracted companies). Covid has given EVERY business an excuse to give horrid service. I just wonder if we (America - Businesses in America) will EVER bounce back.
