5☆ No question. Absolute hands down the best RX. Ive ever dealt with. I now quite simply wont go elsewhere. The Staff IS GREAT, they have helped me many times with needed premeasures with my insurance. Ive been with them for 1yr 9mo. Additionally referred 2 faimly members and 1 friend (3) people total. They all share my feelings of Faimly Meds.'If i could try to think of any downside is only a wish for their hours to be a bit longer on Saturday, and be open on Sunday for at least a part of the day'.They also have a smaller size store inside and a specialty side as well, to my dismay 'dont let its size fool you' they carry nearly everything one would need outide of a hospital.Love you @faimly meds,With thanks and loyalty,-H.

The Pharmacist here (Anooj) is kind, professional, and truly goes out of his way to help his patients. The prescriptions are filled quickly and the pharmacy is very well maintained. I made the best decision when I transferred my prescriptions here.

I Want to leave this Review, because I feel its important to tell people, when they are doing a Awesome job. And Service is wonderful. Everyone will complain, but not say THANK YOU! Family Meds has been my pharmacy for over 7 -8 years & My Prescription Plan decided, they Family Meds No Longer will in Network. WELL, MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT!! I PAY FOR MY PLAN & I NOT LEAVIN THIS PHARMACY. THAT'S MY PERSONAL CHOICE, NOT THEIRS', SO I CHANGE MY PLAN TO ONE THEY ACCEPT. I Call today to give them MY NEW INFORMATION But (A.J. the PHARMACIST), already looked up my new information, changed PLAN & finished all my REFILLS I love ❤️ their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love digging through the baskets of sales items. I ENJOY THE PERSONAL, ONE ON ONE RELATIONSHIPS, THAT I HAVE WITH A SMALL PHARMACIST. THE STAFF IS GREAT, MR. CARROLL, CRYSTAL, AN ALL OF THE ASSOCIATES. IF YOU HAVE CIGNA & YOU WANT TO STAY, IT TAKES A 5 MINUTE CALL. I HAVE TOO MUCH TO DO, THAN TO BE RIDING AROUND DRIVE-IN WINDOWS 5 TIMES TO GET MY MEDICINES OR WAITIN DAYS FOR MEDS. THANKS TO ALL THE FAMILY MEDS FAMILY.

I love this pharmacy! My meds are always ready on time and the staff are always friendly! The pharmacist even called me on my birthday to say happy birthday to me, I was pleasantly surprised!

Went here after trying two separate CVS. First one wouldn't even take the time to start looking for my prescription. Second one wanted me to wait 3 hours and pay 450 dollars. These people got me my mess in 20 minutes and charged 63 dollars.

This was my first time visiting this pharmacy and I must say it was an exceptional customer service experience! Before coming here I went to a larger scale pharmacy and the customer service was non existent so I left. I’m really glad that I was able to give this pharmacy my business! The woman and man that work here are customer focused! They connected with me to ensure my needs were met. They took the time to treat me like a person verses a profit. I will continue to give this pharmacy my business in the future! The lady with the pink shirt appreciates you!!!!
