Young man that sits behind Jade, very rude, obnoxious. First time customer, never been in a nail salon where they do feet first, if not you don’t get serviced. Dont want to call anyone outside their name but don’t know what /who he is? Dont patronize this business! Work too hard to give this shop my money! Very rude and you’re not even attractive to be cutting up in that shop like you’re the “OWNER”, cousin. I pass too many shops to NEVER, EVER will put up with Forum as long as SHIM is still working there.

I was unhappy with the service I received. It felt rushed, and I even had to switch technicians before the appointment was halfway through. Less than two weeks later, I experienced lifting and noticed that some nails were cracking at the free edge. Additionally, a few of the nails were applied crookedly. I wouldn’t recommend this service, as my experience was of poor quality.

Unprofessional ! RUSH RUSH RUSH. Prices don’t match quality. Asked them before hand can they do a specific design, I was told yes…. JUST to do it wrong. Look at the foundation itself. IVE NEVER BEEN SO UNSATISFIED I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!

I haven't had my nails done in years and the service I received today is the best nail experience I have ever had! They were so kind and great to talk to. I'm a bit shy, but they made me feel comfortable. I will keep coming back:)

My 8 year old daughter nails cost $50 for regular polish not gel! These people are money hungry and greedy. There's no reason you don't have kid prices. This shouldn't be legal.

I would never good here again. The worst service ever!!!! Simply went in for a eyebrow which I had once before. The lady took to much off this time. And left a bald spot. I was very furious ?! They need to go out of business. Please don't waste your time!!!

I have been to 13 nail salon in this area this is by far the best one they always make my hands and feet feeling so good ..Rick is amazing so is his sister dawn an I love Jenn .... Thanks for making me feel welcome when I moved to the area
