Very poor customer service! Sold a non functioning vape and have returned 3 separate occasions to resolve. Wouldn’t recommend as clearly no ownership taken for a poor device. Go somewhere where they actually care about servicing the consumer, Gateway is just taking your money period, I’m out $58 complete waste. Don’t spend your money here for anything !

This place is amazing and I would have never guessed it would have literally everything I needed. The customer service was impeccable and he really knew all about his products. The pricing is pretty standard, but the fact it is close by makes it a staple. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and like I told the man - I WILL be back! Definitely stop by here!
