“Went to pick up my item from repair, came in took a number and was prepared to wait. While waiting young man asked could he help and actual did! He took my invoice, brought my item to me, and explained repair, then helped me make a purchase! Even though the store was empty compared to the weekend, i was treated well by him and front counter, and appreciate it.Sometimes you have short and to the point when busy, i say that to advise people who come in on the weekend or when it crowded.....its just business professional not rude at all!”
