Procrastination prevents proper praise??I'm outside of the time frame to review directly through the survey on my receipt but that won't stop me from showing great appreciation for my favorite cashier Ms. Amanda! Great customer service skills and super knowledgeable and helpful, made the process a breeze!

I'm new to the area. I needed to get some things and stopped in. Marcos in appliances was friendly, helpful, asked good questions, welcomed me to the DMV, and took great care of me for new appliances.I then went up to pay separately for some other items but the system was not recognizing my new charge account. I wound up at customer service with Stacey.Stacey was fantastic too. He worked to figure out what was happening, resolved the issue, and got me on my way all with a great attitude and a big friendly smile.I've been in plenty of Home Depot locations, but this was hands down the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced.

Waited for help from Ted, the manager for more than 45 minutes and he never showed up. Tim from appliances kept checking on me and apologizing. Then was told Ted decided to go to lunch and then smoke. Unprofessional and I am one unhappy customer. Never again

Christopher is an absolute gem that is definitely custom oriented.The active listening regarding my task honestly made me want to get a new system, if it hadn’t already just gotten done!Kudos to you Christopher Arthur

For paint go to Lowe's. The dude working the paint department was gone for Lord knows how long and came back smelling like weed. Dude was so zooted, it felt like I was talking to someone going through an active stroke.

I was sold a broken washing machine from this location. Once I finally used the washer a week after it was delivered, the realized the drum inside was broken. Called to do to an exchange or return and was told I couldn’t since it was past the 48 hour window. Never heard of a 48 hour window return policy. So now I am stuck with paying a lot of money for a machine I can’t use.

Customer return and pickup is incredibly SLOW! Seems like employees don't know what to do. It took me forever to do a customer pickup. The item I needed wasn't in the store so I ordered it. Seems unfair that after ordering an item and paying for it , I still have to wait an unreasonable time to pick it up.

I use to love Home Depot until today (12/3/23)@ 8:40am at the self checkout . I was told by this lady at the self checkout that I can’t bring my dog anymore because he’s not a service animal. The lady was very rude and felt like she was looking for anything to find a problem. I was not the only one who felt that she was very rude. There was another customer at the self checkout who felt the same. I did not feel like I was welcome there and I felt my dog was used as an excuse to harass me. I also felt that she was targeting customers that have a certain look(race).

Today is November 19 6:28 pm I went over to the paint isle to inquire about a product although The young lady working there did look up the item on her store device she was in a unapproachable mood and didn't seem to want to help me she just pointed down the isle and walked away. It was so bad that I had to rethink going over to tell her I couldn't find the product PLEASE teach your associates how to greet customers and not make them feel like their bothering them AT THEIR JOB smh
