My experience was awesome!!! It was my first time ever going to a Hot Topic store and the one in Waldorf gave me a great experience. My sales person Trinity was fantastic and was very helpful with helping me locate items, and answered all my questions. Great experience great vibes and made me want to come back for a future awesome shopping experience.

Skye was so helpful! She helped me pick out the perfect outfit while tending to other customers in a timely fashion. She was working her tail off but in a graceful way, she didn’t seem stressed or overwhelmed. She was kind and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Immaculate customer service !
