I came on a Saturday afternoon prior to a phone call conversation with an employee here. I called to inquire whether or not they had an in-house jeweler as I needed to get my grandmother's necklace hoop soldered before a wedding we were attending the next day, which was a Sunday Afternoon. I also asked whether or not they can tell me if a jewelry I was bringing in was solid gold or if it was genuine natural diamonds. The employee told me "yes it would be free, we don't charge for that " so I told her I'd be in, in a bit.I walk in, I had some women eyeing me but a man ultimately greeted me and asked if I needed some help so I told him I did. I then told him about the conversation I had with a lady prior to coming in and I proceeded to show him my grandmothers necklace... I swear the way he handled my grandmas necklace... I wouldn't be surprised if it totally came apart as it was the clasp that had the problem. Apparently my grandmother had just had that clasp fixed but the jeweler didn't solder it shut, it was the ring , in between the clasp and the necklace was unsoldered. He did the test to make sure it was real gold and diamonds, I do this to every jewelry store so we can establish that what I'm bringing in is rea and or, they dont switch etc.He then gave it to the jeweler to ask how long it would take to fix. I thought since the jeweler is there he can have it done right there and then and I could have waited. Nope, he wanted me to come in the next morning... I told him I can't because the wedding is tomorrow and who wants to do errands right before a wedding?- I don't! The funny thing is when I first asked how much to have the necklace soldered, The man said $30. Then at the end when he saw the necklace, he wanted it for $60... seriously?! You're just melting the ring to put them together! You're not adding anymore gold, you're not adding a diamond! So i left &I decided to go to another jeweler And guess what? I got it for $15 and I only waited for 10 minutes!

Went in 10 minutes before closing and a very old White lady, with a clip in her hair, kept interrupting Icelena while she was trying to assist me with a purchase. Kept saying if I wasn't going to buy anything, then I had to leave, because they have to close at 7p. Her tone was extremely condescending and I told her that she was being very rude. Of course, she threatened to call security, so I told her to go ahead.She's clearly in the wrong profession, but kudos to Iceleana for trying to assist me. I feel bad that she has to work with a miserable person. I won't dare return to this store, so unfortunately, Icelena won't get my sale, but she gets 5 stars.

The people are great when you talk to them but this location is always understaffed. To have 2 people working on a Saturday and 45 min wait for service is unacceptable. Especially with how much money people spend

The customer service is awful. They have nothing but older and out of touch people working here. It took an hour just to pick up an item because of how slow the employees are. They chit chat with each other and customers for long periods of time. Just awful.

Pamela was amazing she was very patient and has so much information about everything I needed to know about what I wanted to buy. She even tried the rings on her own fingers and let me take pictures so I can get a feel of how it looks on human fingers. Great customer service

I was assisted my Ms. Pamela today with resizing of my ring. I did not purchase my ring from Jared but she assured me they would help me out the SAME DAY! She was very thorough with her inspection of my ring and very pleasant! She’s awesome!

I was shopping for a new piece of jewelry to treat myself. I had no idea what I wanted. The sales associate Amari was Amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I know I can be a little difficult when it comes to decision making, especially when I have no idea what I want. Amari stayed the course with me, she made recommendations, showed me different pieces. I was so impressed with this young lady I ended up buying two pieces of jewelry. I received 5 star service from Amari!

My fiancé and I recently picked out our wedding bands here. It was a great experience from the start. The sales person who helped us is named Pam and she was the best. She showed us options in our budget and wasn’t pushy. I definitely recommend Pam and dislocation.

Our salesperson at the Waldorf location was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable, patient, funny and instrumental in our ring choice. We will definitely return to make future purchases. Please ask for Pamela when you go to the Waldorf location you will not be disappointed.

I got credit purchased a expensive wedding ring paid it off early. Then bought expensive diamond earnings a couple months later paid them off early. I didn't plan on buying any more jewelry for a while so I canceled the card was worried someone would steal it. My 20th anniversary came up I applied for a card and was turned down for a card. I won't shop at another Jared again.
