My sales person, Dewayne Jefferson, was very accommodating and very understanding of what I was looking for. He took his time to help me decide on the car I bought and explained all my options. The lady doing the closing was excellent, very friendly, and not pushy when I declined some products. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and left happy with .y purchase.

Absolutely love love love the service I received here! No pushy salesman, no overselling of stuff you don't need, no haggling you about the price, just knowledgeable, caring and dedicated staff who go above and beyond for their customers. My car was totaled in an accident and I wasn't sure about what type of car I wanted and visited multiple dealerships but ultimately settled with Bayside Kia for what they offered and the excellent customer service. I was assisted by DeWayne. From the moment I stepped on the lot, he was attentive, took his time to tell me about the vehicles, provided an in-depth hands on guide about the car I decided to purchase and even offered to pick me up due to the lack of transportation. On the day that I made it back to purchase the car, DeWayne was not available but his colleague Wayne stepped right in and picked up where he left off. Caring about my time, informative about the vehicle, addressed all my concerns and stayed later to assist me through the process. I never felt pressured, overwhelmed or concerned. I actually felt like I was with family and this is my third car purchase! The icing on the cake was the general manager himself coming out to greet me and taking the time out to show me how key features worked on the car. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

Brought in my Kia for my "Bayside for Life" oil change. That name alone is deceiving as the oil changes are not for life. However, while there I was advised a software upgrade was needed. So I did it. When they returned my car the thermometer sensor wasn't working. They said it was because my BSM sensor isn't working. A quick google search shows that's a lie. It was working fine when I brought it in. Now they want me to pay to repair it. Folks this place needs to be closed. Time and time again the customer service is poor. They simply want your money. I overheard them tell an older man $100 for an oil change and that's with a coupon! They wanted $33 to plug a tire on my car. Dominion Tire is $15 and you are in and out. They also told me to replace my filters even though I replaced them before I came in! Sounds like thievery to me.

While the technicians and service folks are friendly, the service is trash. You make an appointment for simple service and STILL sit around for 2+ hours (ie oil changes, tire replacement, etc…). My most recent disappointment was with being charged for a diagnostic I didn’t need when I had already disclosed what my issue was prior to towing my car to the service center and making an appointment. Upon arrival to the appointment, I was almost told that the replacement fob for my service hadn’t been order while my car had been at their location already for a week. When attempting to rectify the situation, I was told there was “nothing they could do because the tech tried their best” as if that’s trustworthy nowadays. If you can get it done elsewhere, even being slightly more expensive, do it. They’ll do work you don’t ask for and charge you as if you did.

My wife and I came here to buy our new Kia Carnival. The experience was great from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Our salesperson Manny Sauls, was outstanding, assisting us through the entire process. There was no pressure, and Manny was great answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a new Kia!!

This is my first Kia. I did not know what to expect, but I have received great service from Melanie and the entire Bayside Kia service team. My experiences with Bayside Service definitely gives me confidence in purchasing another Kia knowing that I can get the service I need!

I had a check engine light on in my vehicle and could not get an appt within a month at any dealership near my home so drove over an hour to Bayside and am glad I did. Bayside Kia, specifically Melanie in the service dept was incredible. My vehicle needed a new transmission and she kept me informed through the entire process. The entire service dept staff was friendly and reasonable when communicating with me. Getting into the dealership from the north is a little wonky but that is the only negative.

My wife and I love our Kia Soul EV. We depend on Bayside Kia of Waldorf to keep our vehicle in the best possible condition. Recently we came in for a recall checkup and some other maintenance. Micah P. quickly and courteously checked us in and throughout the day kept us up to date on our vehicle's status. Micah also educated me on how to update the car's navigation software. During the day I remembered our Soul needed the tires rotated. We contacted Micah who made sure the service was performed, completely hassle free! Later the same day we arrived to receive our car and Caila and Angel assisted us with attitudes of positivity and excellence.Many thanks to everyone involved at Bayside Kia of Waldorf for a superior automotive experience. We look forward to returning when necessary!

In a low-pressure environment with great communication the whole process of buying our second mini-van and trading in our sedan went flawlessly. Andy Torres hooked us up with his detail oriented ask of making sure our used vehicle was handed over almost like new! I recently purchased a new 2024 CARNIVAL from Bayside Kia and my sales rep Dawayne Jefferson was so awesome. He was so patient and provided ALL the options that the dealership had avaliable at my feet. His welcoming smile and friendly attitude welcomed me at the door and never changed throughout our time. I couldn't rate it any lower. I was told the car I was searching for is still available and had a check sent for the car overnight. Once I received word the check was delivered. I called them to confirm everything, and they told me the car was sold. Despite signing paperwork, which they said they never had. But I have my emails which shows otherwise. 2/10 mainly because they wasted my time, money, and resources for a vehicle that was already sold. Very unprofessional the way this was handled.

5/5 Experience! Mellie was great! Despite the issues the team was facing switching from one software to another, they're working to get everyone situated in timely manner! They made the extra effort to call customers and reschedule as needed. Their customer service skills are as good as their work quality! I brought my 2010 Kia Soul into the shop after making an appointment by phone and they were able to identify issues with ease! Very satisfied with their communication and transparency levels. Everyone was pretty knowledgable, even the newer employees! My service took a few hours but they offered to take me back home via their shuttle! That was such a relief, they honestly made it so easy for me! Shout out to the shuttle drivers, Mellie (again), Marlene, Angel, and whoever else I came across that day. Keep up the great work and please continue updating the sign of encouragement right above check in area.P.S I picked the KIA in Waldorf over the KIA in Suitland due to the reviews. Happy with my decision, they are now my number one preference.
